    from previous thread

    mag52

as one mag to another he might take heed of your advice though i doubt it haha

  • 2 Sliema // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:30 PM

If Ashley suddenly undergoes a personality transformation. Then maybe.

    Otherwise no.

    Maybe getting Europa would help.

  • 3 Sliema // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:31 PM

Anyone reckon the Man City v Wigan game is worth watching? I’m starved of footie right now, hate it when we aren’t playing, ruins my weekend!

  • 4 wolfshead@toon // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:34 PM

mackems vs hull is getting bad tempered :-)

  • 5 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:40 PM

If Jabba signs Remy i will eat my rectum.

  • 6 croftus5678 // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:43 PM

i really hope we do for nufc’s case but in reality i think we all know he wont !

goofy and hopefully luuk (sorry but given up on cisse) will be our only 2 strikers if we dont sign another which we must imo.

even though we have campbell/armstrong i would not be comfortable with them being 3rd choice.

  • 7 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:44 PM

What a fantastic day for Sunderland,no matter what happens they will have something else to paint on the walls of their caves apart from the usual ferret hunting and pigeon sacrificing depictions. The day they went to the city of stone and fire.

  • 8 jazzyp // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:47 PM

    Mr mojo
You may want to retract your last statement mate as i think if we get into europe and finish on a high that may be enough to keep the lad

  • 9 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:56 PM

Sack Pardew for allowing the ramblings of Mad52.

  • 10 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 2:57 PM

I hope he does sign for us but he has already rejected us once for money,it’s obvious he’s good enough to play for a team in the champions league,as soon as one comes in for him he’ll be off imo.

  • 11 Greebol1892 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:00 PM

Waste of an article & poll. If anyone thinks we’ve got a cat-in-hell’s chance of Remy staying, they need to wake up and smell my fart because the coffee ain’t strong enough.
ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE – END OF.

  • 12 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:03 PM

On the subject of farts old Mad52 is as welcome as a fart in a space suit.

  • 13 Blackley and Brownlie // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:10 PM

    Jazzyp

Ed likes returning to this old dry orange from from the bin and having a good suck. There wasn’t any juice the last time or any other time.

You’re free to comment on what you like. But it seems fair game on this site for folk to tell people it’s boring. So you say what you like, and I’ll start saying it’s boring if I think so.

  • 14 wolfshead@toon // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:12 PM

    mojo

if you do have eat your rectum can i suggest lightly frying it in garlic butter first thats prob how the french would serve it haha

  • 15 jazzyp // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:13 PM

    Mr mojo
Everyone keeps going on about remy and CLF and arsenal. He signed for Qpr with no chance of Cl, He came to us on loan with no Cl. Why did Arsenal not take a chance on remy on loan with a view to a permanent move if they are so interested in this player

  • 16 wolfshead@toon // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:14 PM

    blackley

by all means mate your the expert after all ;-)

  • 17 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:16 PM

After seeing the rage on the touchline in the Hull game today maybe Pardew can claim the Hull dug-out was built on an ancient druid burial ground and he was possessed for a short while.

  • 18 jazzyp // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:17 PM

    Blackley
Feel free to Pass over my comments mate if they bore you……As most people do yours

  • 19 Ancientcoptic // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:18 PM

This is the 4th article about Remy on the homepage of this blog.

I am not going to vote on this – absolutely pointless.

Breaking News! There is no Breaking News on Remy.

  • 20 jazzyp // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:21 PM

Ed I think your going have to come up with another article mate as the natives are getting restless

  • 21 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:22 PM

    JazzyP
There was a lot of interest in Remy a few seasons ago when he was valued at £16m and a lot of top European teams were showing an interest in him, then his performances dipped and interest cooled in him,he went to QPR for money and he did well in the short time he had there.this season he has proved he can score goals in the Prem and what a good player he is,i think a lot of teams will be interested in him in the summer.

  • 22 wolfshead@toon // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:23 PM

    mojo

pards’ QC has taken note of your druid burial ground defence lol

  • 23 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:26 PM

    Wolfsheed
    I don’t like garlic.

  • 24 Graeme // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:26 PM

Oh dear, Hull 1-0 scum lmao

  • 25 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:27 PM

Ahh,my nipples explode with delight as Sunderland go 1-0 down.

  • 26 wolfshead@toon // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:30 PM

meyler nutted the corner flag ban him!

  • 27 Graeme // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:30 PM

oooops – and now scum are 0-2 down. It couldn’t happen to nicer people lol

  • 28 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:31 PM

Ha ha ha stick a nut on him Poyet that’s all you can do. 2 quality-ravaged mobs slugging and chugging it out in nowhere land, what a sorry spectacle! Fight mackem with mackem, eh,Agent Bruce?

  • 29 welshgeordie9 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:33 PM

    26wolfshead@toon // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:30 PM

meyler nutted the corner flag ban him!

Don’t say that you will start Blackley and Brownlie moaning again

  • 30 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:34 PM

Will the corner flag be forgiving and nog press charges? Well we will have to wait and see.

  • 31 AMEOBI // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:35 PM

Thought that was a brilliant celebration. 3-0 ouch lol

  • 32 jazzyp // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:35 PM

    Mr mojo
Agree mate I think a lot of clubs will show interest. Again it will fall at Ashley’s shoes as to how ambitious he is. And if the last 2 transfer windows are anything to go by……he’s definitely gone

  • 33 Graeme // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:35 PM

wow 3-0 scum playing a blinder pmsl

  • 34 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:36 PM

    Lol.Tsunki.

  • 35 ToonDarnSarf // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:36 PM

Looks like Pardew knocked some sense into Meyler…good lad!

  • 36 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:37 PM

What comedy! And all those gloating mackems slink back into their dark holes. They’ve got more chance holding on to a bar of soap as this game now.

  • 37 MrMojoRisin76 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:37 PM

It’s going to be a long journey home for Sunderland on their rafts made out of turnips.

  • 38 welshgeordie9 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:39 PM

There is more chance of Blackley and Brownlie saying something sensible than it us signing remy in the summer.

  • 39 Greebol1892 // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:40 PM

Great celebration & great linkup play by twattermole hahahaaa

  • 40 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:40 PM

So who fancies the scum for steering away from relegation now then? On this showing it’s looking good. Looking good for the drop that is. This cup lark might just have ripped the nuts off their season.

  • 41 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:41 PM

Man of match for hull Cattermole? :)

  • 42 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:42 PM

Tempted to hop on to a mackem blog for some commiseration….

  • 43 Graeme // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:43 PM

Tsunki – you could well be right mate – they wheels may well fall off the team bogey!!

  • 44 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:46 PM

And we humped this lot – they look like Chelsea against the unwashed ha ha. I think Poyet might now be realising what a career-ender this job can be.

  • 45 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:52 PM

Well it’s back to sleeping in their own excrement in a pennywell hovel for those sorry fans. It’ll be a cheerless cart ride back in a cloud of flies for the troglodytes.

  • 46 Toon Tang // Mar 9, 2014 at 3:56 PM

Just got back in now to the good news. Its funny how mackems getting caned makes everything in the world feel ok again.

  • 47 Tsunki // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:03 PM

I just had a quick glance on a love supreme and they don’t need any help tearing them to bits they are doing a dandy job themselves. Their vehicle is a typical mackem one – wheel – free

And they would have got Sheffield Utd ha ha.

  • 48 mindshaft // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:22 PM

Poor FA cup draw for the toon – think that means either Hull or Sheff U will play in Europa next season win or lose in the final – was hoping for Man city / Arsenal final so Europa place would go to 7th place in prem
Oh well – Fatty didnt want us to play in Europa anyway

  • 49 croftus5678 // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:26 PM

really taking a dislike to meyler now !!!

not only has the little s*&t got away with provoking pards in the first place he now thinks its funny to wind him up even more !

pards should have really headbutted the cocky little s*&t.

  • 50 Thump // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:30 PM

@croftus: Meyler is a cnut, he always has been and always will be. Ignore him and move on to the next time we get to give them a hammering.

  • 51 Reggie // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:41 PM

Scum out of both cups they thought they could win and now got some canny games to stay up, I am torn between them getting relegated cos I hate them and it would serve them right for thinking above themselves, or staying up so we can put things right and give them a good towsing next season??

  • 52 Graeme // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:52 PM

Reggie, better they stay up – we owe them a good shafting and its an easy 6 points. They wont beat us again for a few years now, the toon team no it wouldn’t be accepted!!!

  • 53 rex // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:55 PM

Sunderland wont be relegated bottom 3 fulham cardiff wba

  • 54 mindshaft // Mar 9, 2014 at 4:57 PM

rex – sadly I think you’re right, shame though – wouldnt mind seeing them struggle in championship for a bit

  • 55 rex // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:01 PM

Tottingham will be lucky to finish in top 7 after that show at chelsea

  • 56 Ciaran // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:05 PM

    Graeme

Surely the Toon knew it wouldn’t be accepted after they beat us at SJP 3-0 last season, yet we meekly surrendered this season again.

Easy 6 points? Remind me, which team took 6 points from the derbies this season?

  • 57 rex // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:07 PM

Sunderland should buy alan a good drink far given them 6 points this season

  • 58 Big Pappa Cissé // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:12 PM

    Percinho ! :) .

  • 59 Mag52 // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:15 PM

Perchino just scored for Wigan to put them two up. Ex toon man done good!

  • 60 rex // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:19 PM

Arsnil are sorts for the FA cup I’ve got a tenner on and tenner on livapool to win league 16/1

  • 61 Transfer Sage // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:19 PM

looks like perchinio is off to wembley

  • 62 toonluvva // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:19 PM

Let’s get this story put to bed once and for all.

Remy WILL NOT sign for us.

I’d love to see him in a NUFC strip next season but sadly it just isn’t going to happen.

When he leaves I’ll wish him all the best and thank him for his goals.

  • 63 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:24 PM

Rex i see the dictionary you got for Christmas is put too good use.

  • 64 Graeme // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:25 PM

Ciaran – we live in hope mate. I have never felt so low as I did after the last Derby at SJP, a woeful performance which I pray is never again seen at SJP.

  • 65 rex // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:34 PM

    Funny nasri scored

  • 66 Mister Tuff // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:36 PM

mag @63 borrow that dictionary -put it TO good use.

  • 67 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:41 PM

Tuff no need to be annoyed because the Mackems lost!

  • 68 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:47 PM

Wigan just barely hanging on now.

  • 69 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:49 PM

Love the idea of Perchie scoring the goal that knocks Man City out of the cup! :)

  • 70 toonicle // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:52 PM

If we can snag that Europa spot I think we have a decent chance, he can be a hero for us or chance being a bit part player at Arsenal. Doesn’t seem a tough choice.

  • 71 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:53 PM

Are Wigan going to go for cup glory again this season? Hilarious. Shows what can be done with a very limited budget. I realize they’ve been relegated but to play this well in the cups is very impressive.

  • 72 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 5:54 PM

The only thing standing between a place in europe is Pardew the bufoon.

  • 73 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:01 PM

    Wigan win :)!

  • 74 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:02 PM

You have to laugh! It’s fantastic to see a small club knock them off.

  • 75 Graeme // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:02 PM

and Wigan win it – who would have thunk it eh!!!

  • 76 Big Pappa Cissé // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:04 PM

The Mackems will be even more sick going out of the cup now with the teams that are left .

  • 77 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:05 PM

    Not pardew the loser.

  • 78 Blackley and Brownlie // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:06 PM

Blackley gives it a rest at the request of one and all because it gets in the way of the ripping craic on here.

Zzzzz……wake me up when the banter boys arrive.

  • 79 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:09 PM

Let’s hope after the FA throw the book at pardew, that Ashley comes to his senses and sacks him for being useless.

  • 80 mindshaft // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:16 PM

Well Perchino is going to Wembley – something he would never have achieved if he had stayed at the toon :(

  • 81 mindshaft // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:17 PM

Looks like Arsenal will win a cup at last

  • 82 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:17 PM

Wigan play so well in the cup. It’s brilliant to see. Very clever tactics by their manager but the players were up to it as well.

  • 83 mag // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:18 PM

There’s still perch teammates at Newcastle United, that need moved along with the manager.

  • 84 wolfshead@toon // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:23 PM

    geordie

your post about pards and jose yesterday was beautiful mate we need more bromances on here theres too much fighting maybe some nice background music would help ‘why do biiiiiirds suddenly appear…’ lovely :-)

  • 85 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:24 PM

Wigan did need some luck in the end but they went out and got 2 goals as well. Can we learn anything from them for our own cup runs? Probably not. Our manager’s tactics don’t really change that much. A big upset is probably beyond him.

  • 86 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:26 PM

Spot on wolfie! Let’s try to help bring these two lads together. Alan and Jose going off into the sunset hand in hand. It brings a tear to the eye.

  • 87 Reggie // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:32 PM

    Mag

Which decent self respecting manager would come to us with Ashley in charge of the rudderless ship we so long to see challenging for top place in the PL and silverware??? Ashley would appoint another yes man, better the devil we know than starting again with another manager, be careful what you wish for, managers like big Sam and the like would love to come to a big club and try their hand at managing us, and fail. I would give Pards another couple of years and then look to promote from within like Pedro or someone like Clarky?

  • 88 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:36 PM

Just looking at Sir Bobby’s stats with us again. 119 wins out of 255 matches. Compare with Alan’s 59 wins out of 152 matches. That would give wor Alan about 99 wins in 252 matches. Not so great. I suppose you could say he doesn’t get the support Sir Bobby did but it’s hard to compare across the different eras. Keegan had 138 wins in 251 matches from 92 to 97. It looks like wor Alan got some work to do to catch either of them. But then again he has 8 years to do it in doesn’t he? :)

  • 89 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:42 PM

As Official Blog Hobbit it’s my duty to promote happiness and well being on the blog. Henceforward there shall be no derogatory comments to fellow bloggies. We should also feel free to encourage the inter-managerial love so clearly demonstrated by wor Alan and Jose. These lads were meant for each other. As wolfie has said:
On the day that Jose was born
    And the angels got together
And decided to create a dream come true
    So they sprinkled moon dust
In your hair of golden starlight in your eyes of blue.
    Beautiful Alan.

  • 90 GeordieTwo // Mar 9, 2014 at 6:44 PM

  • 95 Brutooon // Mar 9, 2014 at 11:52 PM

    1) we wont get into Europe, therefore we can’t offer him champio league football

    2) the reason he want to be on loan with us this season is that to claim his place for France at the World CUp 2014
