Here is the Match of the Day video of yesterday’s game – on the off-chance you want to watch it.

Note: People in the Retail Sector needed – Andrew Todd is a final year student at De Montfort University, and he’s working on his dissertation. His questionnaire is only for people in the UK Retail Sector, and takes only a few minutes to complete – and he’s short of completed questionnaires so see if you can help – here it is.

The newcastle united defence has vanished into thin air and disappeared off the radar. There has been a massive land, sea and air search operation for some time now. In the absence of any trace of the back four, attention has now turned to the background and credentials of the pilot, alan pardew.

Southampton are a club on the up and have to admit I like watching them play especially with the English players there.

But for us we should be a lot better than that, Elliot aside the rest should be ashamed of that performance mbiwa was bloody awful. Raylor on crutches could do better than that. Aside from debuchy we have full backs with some potential but none of seem to be mastering positional play when defending.

Overhaul needed in the summer, we should be getting the likes of cabella and Menez signed up now.

Colo on that display should also be replaced. We should be looking at caulker and even maybe shawcross. They could form a decent partnership.

Ashley it’s time to splash the cash as we are becoming a mediocre side like villa and I’d like to think we are better than that.

I 100% agree with your post mate from the last thread.

if Newcastle were forward thinking then why is Pardew still here? if MA wants attacking football here then why is Pardew here?

if MA wants us to achieve something or anything we need a new Manager.

also I’m being honest here but for next season I would take relegation rather than have Pardew here next season

from the previous string…(wish ED would listen to us about stringing out his comments)…

Pardew should not be expected to do anything…it’s what we expect Ashley to do is far more important.

I’ve heard Pardew’s debt to Ashley will be paid off in November this year…so not long now thank god.

Big question is of course “who do we get in?” because whoever does replace Pardew will not be a puppet.
