What Is Pardew Talking About In This Interview – Video

Two minutes into this interview after the 2-1 home defeat to Swansea yesterday, our 10th home defeat of the season, Alan Pardew said if he had been on the touchline he could have prevented the wining goal being scored by Wilfried Bony.

Here it is.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GVU1qRsSp0

And whose fault was it that Alan Pardew was not on the touchline yesterday – when he says he could have prevented that winning goal?

I rest my case. 😀

Comments welcome.

So Pardew in effect is criticising Carver for not following his own instructions given over the phone from the stand where he was sitting due to his own stupid actions. His position is untenable. He’s lost the coaches, lost the dressing room, lost the fans, lost the press and lost the plot. If only he could loose Ashley somewhere like a desert island the his job woul be complete.

From the touchline he could of headbutted Bony as he ran past to take the pen….

Gents is it just me or us this bloke oblivious to the rubbish he comes out with ? We all know he has an ego but surely somebody close to him must be telling him to think before lying. …

Supporters could, of course, vote with their feet. Saturday’s crowd of 51,057 was the biggest in the land – hardly a stay-away stance, is it?
But in the North East that’s the way it is and, no matter how hard they grumble or how passionately they protest, they will still file through the gates of Gallowgate en masse. For that season-ticket is more than 19 football matches. It is 19 days away from the missus, 19 excuses to hit the pub early and stay out late, all the while bemoaning the owner, manager and players whose pockets they are lining. Ashley knows this. He is a very successful businessman, after all.
So what can we expect next season? Well, Pardew will be manager, Ashley will be owner, the aim to survive and reap the financial rewards. And 50,000 Geordies will turn up every week.

Subject: Re: Pulis To Replace Pardew

    ASHLEY WONT SPEND
Ashley doesn’t want any whiff of ambition or squad improvement he is making the fans pay for showing dissent against him and he is winning he is clearing out old school fans who cant be hoodwinked and replacing them with what my missus calls Stepford fans who are either retarded and cant see what’s going in around them or are brainwashed into thinking we are improving and do have ambition.

    Bambams,
I’ve told the Mag and they’re running a story on it.
He could have at least apologized to the fans rather than petulantly telling us it is what it is, I can’t stand the fusker anymore.

Pardew may in fact be correct, it is possible he could not stopped the 2nd goal if he would have directed the team differently from the touch line.

Yet still, it makes little difference for the tripe we have been served up for the past 2 seasons.

If Pardew is staying with the club, it is an absolute must that he changes his coaching staff for next season.

I think Pardew almost qualifies for the death penalty… if there was one.

One earlier post got it spot on(don’t remember who posted it). Start boycotting matches if you want changes or accept the current regime and attend.

    My biggest wish for 2014/2015 season;
? New modern manager and technical coaching staff.

Carver can have no excuses, he was completely lame at running the side in Pardew’s absence… they are all as bad as each other. The blind leading the blind.

  • It is scary how far behind our coaching set up seems to be. I see no professionalism or drive to improve within it at all! Not only is it too small it’s also so poor. If we absolutely had to keep Pardew I would insist on proper coaches who are modern and technical who can take the training whilst Pardew does the management side. That way they can at least advise him on how to play the players strengths and properly set up the team.

From an outsiders perspective it must look as though Pardew is doing ok, continually having your best player sold and no signings for a year and a bit, surely with the pressure he’s feeling it’s time to tell Mikey to stick his job up his arse, or maybe his bonus is a lot more than we’re led to believe,
MA: Oy Alan ‘ewp me fleece these fick Geordie cnuts,
    AP: Yeah mate

Everton had Lukaku out for 2 a half months but they didn’t just give up and how many times but Cabaye played in 5 losing games in a sequence of 7 matches just before he left.

It goes much deeper than a poor manager’s inability to motivate a team if just one player is out.

It is entirely pardew’s option to not play any technically creative flair playmakers or to break up the Willo MYM partnership for no reason.

Pardew said he could have prevented the 2 nd goal . Ok , when a manager is banned from the dug out , they normally communacate via phone or whatever , if that’s the case and he seen problems that might lead to a goal , then why didn’t he get a message to carver to stem the problem ? Again I think he is talking balls , also , that was our 10 th home defeat this season . Has anyone picked up on the fact that 10 home losses must be a record or have we had a worse manager than pardew ??

Anybody who still backs Pardew is either blind or knows nothing about football, wer i live i can only attend 2 or 3 games a year but watch every week without fail, why would any manager take off Gosling 2 weeks in a row and leave Ameobi on when Gosling is actually playing well, long ball doesn’t wotk 4 us and hasn’t done since we sold Carroll, Nolan and Barton, we hav absolutely no creativity in our team and Pardew relies on individual brilliance, thats why is hits us so hard when we lose the likes of Cabaye or Remy, our other players just aren’t drilled 2 create chances, look at Southampton and Everton, when they lose a man another steps straight in and they continue on the same way, our set pieces are a joke, completely clueless, this season we beat spurs wer Krul made 13 or 14 saves, we beat Fulham at home wer we wer shit til the last 10 mins when we brought on Remy and Cabaye, and maybe 2 or 3 other games wer we hav been very very lucky, if we take 6 or 9 points off wot we hav we’d b no better off wot we wer last season, just slightly luckier this year thats all, listen 2 that interview, the man needs took b4 a firing squad ffs
