    Lol!
@shiteseats: Right. As requested by the man himself, we’re off to the training ground on Monday to #fightjohncarver – who’s with us?

Not enough time to prepare!!! You’ve had 4 years to sort out defending & playing as a team. Does no-one talk to each other? Shambolic defending & no structure to team! Woeful!!
Go now & take your coaching staff with you!!

Scottish crap? Scotland is a country, not a region. Who is the thick one now? Saying Geordies are thick because some of them go to matches is purile. You are just causing a divide. Keep your bitter moaning to yourself and stop trying to belittle an entire city.

Not only pardew must be gone, carver and stone as well. All footballing dinosaurs. And pathetic characters.

    Jimiley,

To call Geordies thick is short sighted and a gross generalisation. Because we remain loyal to a team that has shafted us over the years does not make someone thick. It makes us a football fan. Some of those thick Geordies are doctors, teachers etc, people who are not thick in any sense of the word. If you are a Geordies then are you calling yourself thick? Or I assume your Scottish given your previous statement, why don’t you ask rangers fans if they are thick despite putting up with a lot more than we have? Your statement was ridiculous.

I think he is just a bitter old man who is looking to take out his anger over the internet, before the care home nurse comes in with his night time cocoa and his brain medicine.

    Dazzler,
Thick is the wrong word. I accept that. Loyal? Stupid? How would you describe a fan who goes back for more from someone who is urinating in their faces? You and others can choose the adjective,

Pulis over Moyes but neither if given an option. I would rather Beardsley. I still have a niggling feeling colo will get it in a player manager capacity. Ala Monk

I’d take Pulis and Moyes as both are far better options that that idiot we currently have.

But you watch, the fans will come out calling Pulis a “hoofball manager” but if anyone watched Palace last season under him, they were anything but

Mash just wants somebody that can secure PL status for the next 2 seasons with no to little further investment, so he can square the debt and then sell up – a Pulis or Moyes would achieve that.

Very believable candidates. Anybody wanting MAsh to suddenly change tack and install a De Boer and a whole new coaching culture will be disappointed.

First thing’s first, Pardew, Carver, Stone and Woodman out.
