Even New Players Right Behind The Newcastle Manager

In the last few days Fab Coloccini, Papiss Cisse and Mike Williamson have come out in support of the Newcastle manager, as he tries to get some wins and turn this terrible year around – somehow.

Daryl Janmaat – in action on Saturday

This year Newcastle gave won five league games and drawn five in 26 league games played  – so we have lost 16 and in those 26 league games we have only 20 points – which is relegation form for sure.

New right back Daryl Janmaat has made a decent start to his Newcastle career, as he tries to adjust to the physical and fast play in the Premier League,  and today he has come out in support of the beleaguered manager.

This is what Daryl said:,

“We do not want him to get sacked, we want him here. He is good for us and we are fighting for him. I don’t listen to what the fans are chanting, I focus on playing the game.”

“You cannot say there is any lack of effort.” “We fight really hard for each other and that has to be one of the basics, and if we had had a little bit of luck late on we could have won it.”

Janmaat has withdrawn from Holland’s Euro 2016 qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Iceland due to a hamstring injury, but the injury is minor, and he may even have a chance of making the next game – a home game with Leicester City a week on Saturday, and that is shaping up to be an almost must-win game.

We need to start to get some wins soon, because if we continue much longer in the bottom three,  we’ve got to think that Mike Ashley will end Alan’s reign at Newcastle – the last thing the owner wants is to have Newcastle in the English second division again..

@ 35 previous. Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel if you have to resort to quoting Stewart Robson in your ad nauseum condemnation of Pardew!! This is the same insidious bitter individual who never had anything good to say about Arsene Wenger and to my knowledge has never shown any insight into anything remotely connected with football.
Not good enough to be someone but dumb enough to be no one.

Average, great post for 35 on the last thread. He’s spot on with what he’s seeing and saying.

He’s right and can see it, like we can.

The only thing nauseous on this blog is your good self Ian “in the know” toon.

The statement I posted was in response to someone mentioning your mate the poisoned dwarf and his argument regarding why we dislike fatty and the king because there from London. As I said the statement pretty much summed up the REAL reason we don’t like them regardless of what you think of the author, he got it right. Didn’t he?

I’m sure I don’t need to list both of their despicable deeds.

So before you go thinking things up perhaps you should actually think.

    Numbnuts.

Ian, it’s funny really, because what he’s saying is right and it doesn’t mater if it’s a 10 year old kid saying it.

The players are better than Pardew has them playing and they’ve looked lost for the vast majority of times they’ve been here, The rest can be put down to sheer probability through having some good players.

    Pardew out.

You weaken your case if ” Your PR machine” have to resort to quoting Stewart Robson. Try talking to just about any Arsenal fan.

    Definitely in hyperdrive.

Lots more to come and for the fans it’s a shit time to have another international break. Lucky for the king and the club though. Jammy.

Don’t think I can stand near two weeks of this uninterrupted.

“141 goals we have conceded in 83 league games since August 2012.” – sackpardew.com

Step forward the self-confessed King and defensive mastermind behind this exquisite run of form.

    Nice one, Alan.

    Ian

You failed to answer my question.

Is he wrong in what he says regarding southerners not being accepted because of not where their from but what they’ve done whilst at this club?

It doesn’t make his argument any less true just because you have a problem with him.

As I said at the time that’s why I posted it numbnuts.

Sick of people blaming it all on pardew like he’s got a bunch of crap players that he probably didn’t want. We bought 9 players how many of them have been in any kind of form. Capella is a show pony that nobody had herd of why didn’t we sign Moses or Ashley young players with some kind of premier league pedigree.

Glad thye players are getting behind the cause but its beyond irony to read Gouffran saying “We have to work not only for the manager but also the club and the fans, we have to do our best and try to win.” when he hasn’t put in a respectable performance in the last 7 games. If he is giving 100% then he needs a career change.

All this massaged PR is a blind. It shows how desperate the Ashley/Pardew regime is now. I will have no sympathy for them when Pardew relegates us and they get sold on. Willo belongs in the Championship anyway!
