Sensational Perez Goal Sets Up Another Magpies Win – 2-0

Newcastle got their fifth win in a row at the Hawthorns today and their fourth league in a row, and it was all set up by a sensational goal from young o Perez, and it seems Alan Pardew made the right choice be starting him in front of Papiss Cisse today.

Ayoze Perez flicks the ball home just before half time

Newcastle went ahead just before half-time with a well worked goal and a brilliant piece of skill from Ayoze Perez.

The ball was played forward with Sissoko prominent, and then Remy Cabella stroked the ball out to the right wing, and Janmaat put in a first time cross, and Perez flicked the ball with his right foot into the far corner of the net – an incredible goal from the young Spaniard.

Newcastle  were full of confidence in the second half as West Brom faded and it was captain Coloccini who headed home form a Janmaat cross to make it 2-0 and the game was essentially over.

Mehdi Abeid was again on the ball for Newcastle and was full of energy for the side, and Daryl Janmaat set up both goals, and we looked a well organized side today and deserved our fifth win in a row.

The youngsters have really come through for Newcastle over these last four weeks – absolutely amazing.

Abeid is better at intercepting and passing etc but Tiote is a better tackler and a bigger presence in DM…I’d like to see Tiote, Abeid and Sissoko as the midfield trio, the fact Abeid was pushed up to the no 10 role for last 10 mins shows he has a lot more to his game, and he got 10 goals for panathanikos last season in a more advanced role.

7th in the league, 2 points of Champions League. Pity we did not win the games against Villa and Palace.

Is the crisis over now or can we continue to moan about Pardew?

Ayoze. Wow, that is a beauty.

It seems our new Cabaye, the person that drives this team forward, the player that makes everyone else a better player, the guy that never steps down, well, it is Sissoko. Jesus, he gets better by the game.

Please Ashley, do not sell this guy when the 25 million bid comes in in January.

Colback or Dummett for me. Great work rate and attitude throughout the team. Cabella needs to switch on a bit quicker, and samiobi needs to work in his fitness. Picking flies on today’s performance really.

If history is anything to go by then it’s clear pardew finds the right formula but self destructs when he tries to over complicate and pick favourites. His teams go on good winning runs which are swiftly followed by shocking winless streaks!! My prediction was tip 8 before the season started and anything below in my eyes is failure….even after our start to this season

Remember that other guy with the hipster haircut from France? Think he went to some London club. Did we get him from Lille?

Anyway, good money we got for him.

And Janmaat, you are twice the player and 4 years younger. That is good business for you!

    Our Toon, right you are.

Lets just agree that Toon is never boring.

For people that think that the QPR game coming up is an easy one I would be very worried, they have been playing some good football lately against Liverpool, Chelsea and City, just a bit unfortunate with the results. Looks like a very tricky fixture to me.

Janmaat for me though I am surprised there isn’t more support for Cabella who is starting to look really good. Sissoko, Abeid, Colback and Dummett all great. Really no passengers at all today.Go out and attack (Perez is a real find) and we will continue like this.No more defensive minded policies AP and you need have no fear for your job!
