Maybe it’s because we are coming off our fourth defeat in a row against Sunderland, and our third defeat in a row in all competitions, that Newcastle fans are not too upbeat about our chances of getting anything out of the game at Old Trafford tomorrow.
Alan Pardew – can he produce another shock – on the upside this time?
Last season was the first time since 1972 when Joe Harvey was manager, that we had managed to win at Old Trafford but let’s face it – last season was the worst season the Red Devils had in decades, as David Moyes struggled to get to grips with the job, and they lost 12 league games in finishing in 7th place, just three places above Newcastle.
Over 70% think we will lose this game tomorrow, and certainly the conventional wisdom is for a Manchester United win and a fairly big one too – according to some pundits.

It would be a good time for Newcastle to shock everybody once again this season – and take something out of the game.
Newcastle fans need a lift – and very soon too.

Comment #3Sorry 2 say, but we not win with alwick between da posts. Man united finishing is lethal and on fire. Alwick will never stop rooney, van persie & falcon. If krul was playin we would have alot more confidence all over the pitch.
