John Carver Sky Post Match Interview – Praises Side – Video

john carver in dugout

Here is John Carver’s post-match interview after the 1-0 win against Villa in front of almost 52,000 fans at St. James’ Park.

John was naturally (very) upbeat and praised his players, and he also interestingly said he thought Massadio Haidara may be OK with his knee injury – we’ll see.

We may criticize John professionally sometimes, but there’s no doubting his character and dedication to Newcastle United, and of course has black and white blood in his veins.

Carver is useless, no idea and no manager.

Sissoko plays Right Midfield or Nowhere, he has no sustained stamina in the middle of the park. no touch and no vision, he runs into space and that’s his use.

We miss Cabaye, if he was with Colback/Abeid in a middle two we would be decent with a decent manager, however we have no decent manager, absolutely clueless and it can be seen how much these boys influenced some of the stuff Pardew played.

Disjointed, no idea football, no combinations and no partnerships anywhere on the pitch, utter drivel served up until we install somebody who knows what they are doing.

    Don’t hold your breath….

At least we are now safe, which is good. You never know Fatty might even invest in a manager.

    Ibizatoon,

    Yup.
Mike must be kicking himself at four years of wasteful over-investment.
If only he could have guessed how easy this staying up lark would be.

Did anyone notice that Carver was about to bring Jonas on until official told him he had already used his 3 subs. Had to giggle. But the boys got the 3 points do all is good

BandB…Still, a new day is ahead of us. This summer it’s all change. No more seeing how little can be done to survive, no sir, we shall compete, the people have spoken.

Personally speaking, I know of no better way to express my opinions publicly than by speaking personally.

I wouldn’t trust carver to tell me the square root of four, proper thick like.

Amazing somebody who came out of school with one cse in Design Technology can be put in charge of a multi million pound business. 🙂

Probably did Motor Vehicle Engineering, proper thick subject for lads who couldn’t do there 3 times table.

    Unbelievable this club of ours.

    Arsene Wenger – The Professor

John Carver – The lad at the back of the class picking his nose, chewing his gums.

Just a strange set of circumstances.

Tough win. Could be critical but they needed it more than us and we made it.

Some decent performances, Krul, Jan, Siss, Cisse come to mind. Sameobi tried too.

Why in football are thick people employed, is it because most footballers are thick, to think the likes of Paul Merson can be considered for management is beyond belief…….

    Strange old profession……….

Good for 3 point but not a good match really. Villa have so many chance to score us but just no quality enough.

Pleased we got the win but that was another terrible painful game to watch.
All to common speal from carver, it wasnt pretty or good to watch etc etc.
We need a manager sorry head coach with some ideas as its the same dross over and over under this deluded man. I thought we were fortunate to win, obertan needs shooting practice, sammy needs to work harder. Theres more but I’m sick of the same sh**e!

I’ve just seen Mike Williamson in Sainsburys at Throckley. In his shopping basket were: a ready-cooked chicken (reduced to £1.99), a sachet of El Paso Mexican spices, microwave rice, snack-a-jacks, shape yoghurts, and frozen mango. After a brief struggle with the self-service checkout he was last seen in the lottery queue!
