Newcastle Collapse Points To Failures At All Levels Of Club

The amazing and complete collapse of Newcastle United this year points to failures at all levels of the club – at the top because the squad was weakened rather than strengthened in January, at the coaching level because the job has been far too much for Carver, and with the players because we have too many of our players playing like wimps, like a number of them did yesterday in that second half.

carver and crew qpr

Yes – it’s that bad
Fans have every right to ask where’s the passion – where’s the effort – where’s the pride?

And the medical and coaching department have to be responsible too, because of all the injuries we’ve had this season, and once again we are top of the Premier League injury table – which is true every season..

It’s not just bad luck as the club tries to get by with.

Since we run with a small squad to keep the wage bill low, we are always in danger every season of having the squad decimated by injury and suspensions – not to mention lack of form.

John Carver has hardly helped things either this year, with some of his bizarre statements he has made to the press in the heat of the moment after losing a game – which had been too often.

So the management at the top, the coaching staff, the players, and the medical staff are all culpable this season for what has turned into a disaster scenario.

But when there is a crisis in any organisation, and there’s one now at Newcastle, the people at the top are always ultimately responsible.

That’s Lee Charnley and Mike Ashley and while they will be cool with any public comments they make,  they must be really panicking behind the scenes with all that money that will lost to the club  if we go down – because that’s the only thing that matters at the club – the money.

Lee Charnley is responsible for letting Alan Pardew go for £4M without having a suitable replacement in place – by his own admission – as usual they just took the money without thinking things through.

They eventually appointed John Carver to the position of interim head coach, and even decided to keep him in the job, after he had lost eight games in a row and we were in deep relegation trouble two weeks ago.

And so they didn’t do anything to correct the initial error – they compounded it.

The responsibility for this debacle which has again made Newcastle into a laughing stock are Mike Ashley, Lee Charnley, John Carver and his coaching staff, Fab Coloccini and the players, and also the medical staff because of all the injuries we keep getting.

Only the tea lady and others behind the scenes are not responsible for this complete mess, yet they are some of the people who will be fired to save costs if we do go down.

But the main responsibility for all of this lies with the two at the top – Mike Ashley and Lee Charnley.

Whether we stay in the Premier League or not – this club will be in crisis this summer.

    The Little Dictator
Carver now thinks he can ban the players from reading the papers and watching TV before next Saturday so they don’t read about the mess they and him are in.
Take him away and throw away the key.
    This is not management.
    This is not coaching.
This is the rant of the lunatics running the asylum.

And Steve Bruce ” wants Man Utd to help him as they owe him a favour ”

Rotten to the core – all of them

Which top manager would come to us now !!!!

Even the managers at Sainsbury would not take this post.

Everything is so bad about our set up.

John Carver got absolutely everything wrong yesterday, everything

From the starting line up to the subs nothing flowed naturally and the players looked genuinely confused what system they were using, what position they were supposed to be playing in and what their role was

We were grouped tight together following the ball round the pitch and when we got possession we couldn’t go anywhere because we were all huddled together in the same spot
    It was a joke

Half Time came, QPR, managed by Chris Ramsey trying to get something out of a team of out of contract relegated mercenaries, made two changes and had them looking to play football and attack us

At this point in time any manager in the world would of seen we were being torn apart in midfield and on counter attacks and would of tweaked the system, hoyed on Abied/Anita to anchor the midfield and got Cisse on to go looking for a second goal to give us some breathing space
    Not Carver
Carver screamed at them to sit back, defend the lead, whether the storm…then blame them for the loss?
It was clear the lads weren’t comfortable doing this and just encouraged fluffed clearances one after the other from Tim “crisp bag hands” Krul who had a mare yesterday

The fact Carver waited until we’d gone 2-1 down before making a change says everything you need to know about the gutless bottle job

Now he’s putting the responsibility of staying up on the fans?
Howay man John have you no shame? You’ve blamed the players the fans ffs you even blamed the “hot conditions” yesterday! (16 in west London hardly Brazil) start blaming yourself man because after Ashley your next in line for the state of this club

Like i said the players hate him, however how many of those players will still be at the club?
Reckon not even Ashley is dumb enough to risk Carver again, the fans would riot

Charnley is a bureaucrat. By rigidly applying Ashley’s policy he deterred any half-decent manager from taking the job. That left him with the gamble on Carver.
Similarly, by sticking to Fatso’s financial guidelines, he failed to strengthen our pathetic defence.
Finally, when it was clear to all and sundry that Carver was a dangerous liability, he once again failed to find an emergency replacement.
So now we are in a complete mess thanks to Ashley’s failed business plan and inept appointments.

It appears Ashley has completely taken his eye off the ball when it comes to NUFC. How else can you explain his seeming indifference to the way Charnley, Carr and Carver have performed? Why has he done nothing to protect his asset?

An we please remove carver..stone etc from the building. I ans I think fans woukd love to see Beardsley stand in for last game…at least he’d pick a team right. Our players are certainly low on confidence and don’t seem to care but yesterday’s game was lost on the sideline. John carver has an inability to read a game as it’s happening. He must be a terrible motivator and he has defently lost the dressing room. What really annoys me is the shocking performance of some players but yet he still names similar teams with similar crap ways of playing. If you are watching John. won’t coz you head seems to be permanently in the clouds please not the following:

    1. Your team do not try hard enough to play with 2 up front. This hasn’t worked at all. Opposition teams are ripping through us. This was so obvious to see yesterday. ..the game was cringe out for abeid….A player essential in the unbeaten run we went on with pardew

    2. Ryan Taylor is not pirlo. Shouldn’t be near the starting 11. You Keep Hauling Him Off After 60 Mins Every game. .you’d think you’d learn by the now. He can’t even take a corner for Christ sake.

Jonas is not a l.b. …so many of our goals have come where he should have been there. Anita should have kept the jers ed y at rb yesterday with dummett l.b. and janmaat c.b. I woukd sympathise with you over the l.b. position but you and your inflated ego was the reason we got rid of Santon. Oh how that has come back to bite you now.

Please stop making excuses and telling us how good and unlucky you are in interviews…its so embarrassing. We have become England’s most hated team under Ashley and you….hated by even our own fans. We are a laughing stock. Please stop sharing anecdotes you have with managers who tell you how unlucky you are..bla bla bla. ..face up to this and be a man. Jeep your mouth shut.. you go from blasting the players to commending their terrible work rate quicker then it takes to boil an egg.

You probably think you’ve uncovered a mobster goalscorer in riverie now..normally when 1 goes in after 18 hrs..A few will follow. I suspect..we may have to wait a couple more hours of football to pass so that the ball might hit him in the face and go in. He has been a total flop.

Cabella…..will I. ..won’t I. ……I wouldn’t. This pretender should only be used as an impact sub at the moment. He has clearly struggled to adapt to English football. . Yet we are entrusting g him to get us out of this dog fight. I’d sooner see him come on then Sammy. Sammy really put the final nail in his out of season contract yesterday. Very frustrating to watch. I don’t want to be too hard on the guy tho…would have liked to see him starting over cabella some of these past few games and with cabella coming on. When you play with 2 up top…do we really want cabella as one of our wingers.

My team for West hame woukd be as follows

    Anita janmaat colo dummett

    Abeid colback

    Perez sissoko Aaron

This is a decent team carver so please no more excuses.

On that note…I think time is up for many of these underachievers and should be the last games of colo…Anita. ..prob cisse too…whose knee is crooked. I wouldn’t shed a tear of anyone left being truthfully honest.

And certainly from the extended squad I would add these deadweight players to the list too…r.taylor. s.taylor….Jonas. ..goufran…Cabella…Sammy. …williamson…Our fat reserve keeper who seems to be injured all the time…alnwick too..He was pants.

We’ve already lost Ben afra…yanga…Santon in last windows so that us a lot of players gone. You can prob add Marvo to the list too.

Dr Ed, remember it’s 2015, so that’s tea-person. Seriously, though, why don’t we appoint the tea lady as head coach? Or maybe captain? There’s bound to be more oomph in those tea bags than some of the alleged footballers.
