This Is The Result Fans Expect Today Against Chelsea

7:58 am, Saturday, September 26th, 2015 by Dr. Ed Harrison · 8 Comments

The fact that under Alan Pardew we used to do quite well against Chelsea doesn´t seem to matter too much for toady´s game and over three fans in four expect us to lose today.

That´s even though we have won this fixture for the last three seasons and Jose Mourinho has never won at St. James´  Park.

Jose Mourinho Newcastle

Jose Mourinho – never won at St. James’ Park

Here´s the results of our poll on this game – and there´s not high confidence we can get anything out of it.

    Well, as often is the case with the Toon, lets expect the unexpected?

    The owner and Charmless sat out to bring in a coaching team, a board and players for us to finish in the top 8 and win a cup;

    …I know and you know that was unrealistic and with the players (and lack there of) most definitely unrealistic;

    …But they will be judge on the goal they sat out…and this time heads (the right heads) should fall!

    Guess what?

    Mourinho will get his win today at SJP.

    And 241 votes for us to win? People need to come off the football games.

    Pardew was the bogey man for Chelsea not Newcastle but if somehow we manage to win then I’ll believe we are a bogey team for Chelsea.

    But until then I’m looking at a right hammering today but if we try to get a result and show fight and passion and we still lose, I’ll be happy.

    Sorry steve but 3 years for change? No thanks. It obviously means that he will be keeping to his 4231 formation sadly. Why not try442 with perez and mitro up front? It wont happen. He has to get perez on the pitch. I dont think thauvin or de jong will make the grade sadly. Steve is known to be a media manipulator but sorry i dont want “change” to mean 60% possession, with few shots or target and sod all attacking play. we are stuck with steve if we go down. Carr will see that his man is looked after, as he continues to sip quality french wines all expenses paid ,trying to find more flimsy flawed frenchmen like hba and thauvin
