Tim Krul Tweets On Seriousness Of His Knee Injury

Tim Krul has taken to his Twitter account but the 27 year-old is still not sure just how bad the knee injury is that he sustained at Kazakhstan late in the game last night and was seen leaving the stadium on crutches.

We´ll have to wait for the scans coming back but his Dutch manager Danny Bling last night said it looked a ¨bad injury¨ and we expect the Dutch International to return to Newcastle immediately.

This could be a big blow for Newcastle United with second choice Karl Darlow already out with a foot injury and that leaves Rob Elliot the only one of our three senior keepers fit at the moment.

guess Elliot is going to get a few games then, Woodman back from loan
Krul has made some good saves but also let in a few soft goals

I know this has probably already been discussed but is it me or have the hideously tacky SD and Wonga ads been removed for the rugby matches?

With regard to SM flying to Malaga.
Bob Moncur has a ken in Marbella and I’m sure Ashley moors his yacht there , maybe they’re discussing the current situation or the transfer window.
