Majority Of Newcastle Fans Expect This Surprise Result

We’re a little surprised that almost seven in ten Newcastle fans think we will win the game at Sunderland on Sunday, although last time out we did have the great 6-2 win against Norwich – the first time in over four years we have scored six goals.

And with the Sunderland defense not being the best maybe we can score some goals on Sunday, but that was also only our second win in the last twenty Premier League games.

Here’s the current standing in our poll so far – for the game on Sunday.

Notice this contrasts a lot to our last visit to the Stadium of Light in April when more fans thought we would lose that game than win it – they were right as we lost that 1-0 to that great Jermain Defoe goal.

As long as our lads turn up for this game and make a decent start in the first 20 minutes we must be in with a decent chance of getting at least a draw.

A win would be fantastic.

It’s not an expectation, it’s an order.

I wonder what the percentage would of been had we not scored as many against Norwich.
We have to remember they were within an inch twice of scoring two more.
I am still hopeful of a narrow win in a high scoring game.

Don’t really get carr’s obsession with Thauvin, when 13M could have got a seriously good CB.

Agree Rotunda, but cant say it as jail might give out to me for slagging off Carr. At least Ashley forked out that much for a winger, but it looks a bit wasted to me.

Ha ha, I was just about to question that Rotonda, but thought it might start Munster off again!

What a funny world we live in 🙂

Screw it, it’s started, let’s jump in!

I don’t really get where people get that Carr has this obsession? Because we got Cabella and then Thauvin?
