Experts Predict Final Premier League Table – Some Big Surprises

Here’s where the 20 teams will finish in the Premier League this season according to some statistics experts – and it’s in the Star – there are quite a few surprises – believe me.

steve mcclaren on trianing filed

Steve McClaren – can he keep us in the Premier League?

The answer is – click on the “here we go” below and it automatically fills in the league table – from the bottom going up – so it’s quite a wait for Newcastle.

See if that’s right …….

Here we go.

    16th behind Scousers in 15th.
    Just not good enough.
    Ban the Star.
I mean what does a serious newspaper like that think they are doing, manipulating the season outcome.
It’s like saying Sep Blatter is a pantheon of virtue.

    So there we have it,
    Learn something every day

Tsunki is the name for the primordial spirit shaman within the Shuar people and the Achuar people of Amazonia.[1] The term is derived from the Jivaroan language family.[2] The term Tsunki can also be translated as meaning the first shaman[3] and is frequently alluded to in shamanic songs.

Tsunki is conceived of as a water spirit that frequently appears in the form of a beautiful woman but can also take the shape of an anaconda, a water snake or some other water animal. Tsunki is associated with and can be found near remote waterfalls.[4] The label of Tsunki encompasses a family of multiple Tsunki figures, including a father, his sons and his daughters. Although it encompasses more than one being, it is always referred to in the singular “Tsunki”. Tsunki can also refer to the being as either female or male dependening upon the sex of the viewer. The Shuar language does not include a gender distinction making it impossible to determine the gender of the Tsunki without considering the narrator’s gender.

I would like to avoid moving Gini deeper in to the midfield. He’s solid but he is nowhere near at his best in a holding or restricted central mid role… We need more goals in this team still and he is our biggest attacking threat.
    __

Well spotted.Wijnaldum is our most attacking threat from the squad we have atm.He should continue playing on the left wing rather than in the middle or deep in MF,which is suitable for him to burst forward or shoot from distance by dribbling and moving towards near or outside penalty area.He done everything against the mackems except scoring.Still couldn’t believe how we lost that game though.Sometimes, you have to be lucky to win games i reckon!

Lochinvars’ full description is meaningful, enigmatic and romantic. Unfortunately the truth is far sillier as you might suppose. Many sunsets gone by, I took on the epithet as a gamer tag where I used to work, as a Chinese mercenary sounding name and a reference to my generous frame. (Chun-ky) 🙂

I still think we’ll be relegated, we have the worst defence in the league and still have far too many weaknesses in almost every position, which won’t be rectified in January.

    hi guys and girls.

colback will imo be a big miss for us ! he is avg but no one works as hard as him in our cm and is more effective.

tiote is a liability and some have been saying that for a long time and i sont see any change in him and anita just is not good enough to be a dm imo.

i’d go 4-4-2 from now on tbh ! perez/mitro are concrete imo and need to stay starters

i’d stick sissoko and wij in the middle and put thauvin and rolando on the wings

and back 4 of hairdryer/mbemba/dummett and janmaat.

    I just saw that list and I would definitely wait a few more games before I made that prediction;

…but I do think in a few more games we will know who the bottom 6 are (maybe even bottom 4)

I think they have got the bottom 4 pretty much right. They might be in the correct order though.
Pointless worrying about the other places as we will not be involved.

If we finish as predicted, Mr Ashley, and by default, Mr Charnley will be delighted.

Remember, not above 7th and not below 17th!

croftus…Colback is probably the player that out in the most negative run ay the club!

…it’s not necessarily and it amounts to nothing but bookings and more running from his teammates.

He’s enthusiastic and ‘hard working’ because he has to. Not a clever player. Our problem right now is we don’t have that many CM and when ever we loose one McClaren sticks Gouf in there!

Those predictions are absolute hornswoggle. No chance it will finish that way. West Ham will start to sag. We won’t finish 16th with 31 points! Complete nonsense. Their bottom 3 look reasonable picks but that’s about it.

I have to contest your findings lochinvar mate @5. In the ancient Bundesliga culture the Tsunki was known as a “mighty fonger of fools”. Often found in trees with parrots. A natural enemy of the selfish, and self-centered. Wears black and white plumage. A righter of wrongs as well as a fonger of fools. Beautiful.

Have Newcastle made the progress Steve McClaren claims?

McClaren’s side have improved statistically in the first 10 games compared to the last 10 matches last term but need to turn performances into results.
Steve McLaren has spoken about “progress” being made at Newcastle United after his side reached the 10 game milestone. The Newcastle head coach had asked for judgement at this stage but what exactly has changed in the first chapter of the 2015/16 season?
Things could be a lot better for newcastle, but an average gate of 48,576 at St James’ Park so far suggests that fans are still prepared to keep the faith. It was always going to be a slow build under McClaren as he bedded in a new backroom team and new players. And fans have not turned on the players or the coaching staff at this stage, even after the lowest moment of the season at the Stadium of Light when the hardcore United away following applauded their team off.The flip side of all that is that Newcastle are in the bottom three with just six points to their name.

The big question here is whether Newcastle have really made the “progress” McClaren talks about in the first 10 games? The last 10 games of the previous season resulted in eight defeats, one draw and one win.It was four points from the last 10 games then and it’s six points from the first 10 of the season, a slight improvement.Only in games against West Ham and Swansea away, Watford at home and the second half collapse at Man City have Newcastle lookedhopeless this season. In every other game they’ve looked up for the fight.McClaren is trying to change the culture and general attitude around the place at Newcastle but that will take time.Newcastle went down without a fight in a lot of those matches but the frustrating thing about the Magpies’ performances are that they’ve shown promise in only 45 minute periods.Consistency is the key issue but there have been glimpses of promise.
Confidence from the previous season has also affected Newcastle but they know they need a string of results if they are to get out of the bottom three.McClaren has got the message through in terms of the type of performance he wants from his players but has been unable, so far,to back that up with results.Gini Wijnaldum is showing his quality in games and in the last twomatches Moussa Sissoko has also begun to turn up.Newcastle still look suspect at the back at times with Fabricio Coloccini’s decision making often questioned while Rob Elliot needs astrong display against Stoke City this weekend.Three red cards in 10 games also means that discipline been an issue. If United can package their strengths into a 90 minute display, it will ease the tension on Tyneside.

Has anyone ever tried a 1-6-3 formation in the Prem? Overwhelm them in midfield. Mbemba as rover. Complete confidence in attack. We’re never actually in our own half so nothing to worry aboot there.

Anita and Tiote just might work a treat with the Dutchman allowed more freedom to keep things ticking over in his preferred style instead of deep covering the defence.

GeordieTwo – I don’t think he looked terrible G2 mate.
Infact,he played well so far, despite being 33 or 34.I don’t liked his continuation as captain but he still is handy at the back.I don’t think pairing others will improve the back four, infact,i fear it will get worse.Still think he is the better defender from the squad we have,so his presence still has value, rather than a setback..
