Laurent Koscielny after scoring the winner today
Here’s the video highlights of today’s game at Arsenal where we missed at least three golden opportunities to score.
But it’s the same old story – we lost 1-0 for the third game in a row – and are now deeper into relegation trouble with Sunderland and Norwich both winning and Bournemouth getting a great 0-0 draw at Leicester City.

Comment #201Cisse has a very good conversion rate but it doesn’t mean he’s a brilliant player.
You can afford to score 1 in 5 if you have the movement to get yourself in the right are 5 times a game.
Obviously we need more creativity but the strikers don’t help themselves at all.

This is a good site for comparing teams stats.

Your compendium of non-contextual posts? The context is this. Your post @ 148 which reads:
“I’m a bit shell-shocked tbh. Blackley as we can all concede is a considerably much betterer fan than yoww or moyyy and will attend games and cheer the “lads” on even when all us lesser fans, or “Traitors” to be more accurate, have deserted them, yet…… He’s giving many of our lads a good pasting isn’t he?
With support like that, who needs….”
Clearly you and others don’t like it that I’m highly critical of certain of our players. It just so happens that events have proved some of us right, almost spot on in fact.
“Are you satisfied with this summer’s transfer window?” The date was 1 September 2015. Some of us called it right. We are still calling it right.

Comment #204thre most frustrating thing tosday for me was that we played well, in parts i thought our counter was better todat than what it has been for a long time, the counter had a bit of zest in it which has been lacking in a lot of games this season , however , a centre forward cant carry on missing like that time and time again .
has probably cost us 7 points in the last 3 -4 games , that would have put is in a healthy postition . for the game against man u- but it dosnt now , and w’ell struggle,
a goal scorer is a must in january , mito goes on the bench and observes yhem maybe just maybe we might sneak it , if we ignore this fact then we are down . but pleased with some of the football today , but we are carrying and we cant afford to that in our position

My opinion is quite clear. I don’t think anyone other than you is in any doubt. I said it all on 1 September. Events to date have confirmed my opinion.
Yes, I am obsessive about Colo because he is so bad. He costs us time and again. When people post how good he is, and how he is man of the match or one of our better players, I wonder about their grip on reality. The amount of shit that Toonbrother takes. Okay he said we’d never win a game with Colo. I didn’t go that far, but I know why he said it.
I criticise Colo for going AWOL, for being weak, for being soft, for showing no leadership, and for failing to organise. It does my head in on days like today when we’ve dominated games and played the better football, but get let down in the same predictable way.
Of course, we need to get goals. You can see I was saying in September that our priority is a couple of top strikers. I still believe that. But with Taylor injured and Lascelles out of favour, we now desperately need a commanding CB to replace Colo.
Too many on here, like at the start of the season, have visions of the sunlit uplands just around the corner.

Comment #207Having just read that ourselves and southampton are interested in signing ignacio commacho I’m wondering if the surprise perez was referring to was us signing the Spanish malaga player. He has a 8.5 million clause in his contract apparently.

Comment #208A big reason we dominated the midfield at times today IMO was Tiote playing well. We have sorely missed that.

Comment #209Swansea will move for Charlie Austin and fellow frontman Patrick Bamford, 22, as current stars Bafetimbi Gomis, 30, and Jonjo Shelvey, 23, move towards January transfers. (Mirror)
Will be interested to see how that scenario pans out – especially as we are battling Swansea in the relegation fight
