Poll – Can Newcastle Beat Manchester City?

8:24 am, Monday, April 18th, 2016 by Dr. Ed Harrison · 5 Comments

Manchester City had a good 3-0 win at Chelsea last Saturday that took them up to 3rd top of the Premier League and they are now battling for a top four place as well as reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League with a 1-0 home win against PSG last Tuesday night to get through the two-legged tie 3-2.

They will face Rafa Benitez’ former club Real Madrid in the semi-finals, with the other semi-final being between Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich.

So it will be a tough game for us tomorrow night against another in-form team, but it is one Newcastle will go all out to win.

i vote not to vote as when we dont expect a result we tend to get one 😉

Realistically I’m not expecting much from this – I’m just hoping our goal difference doesn’t take too much of a battering. It is the other 2 homes games and away at Villa that are our best chance of picking up points.

It’s not a case of winning It’s a case of not getting beat
a point at City would be great

Same predicament as last time when we won 2-0 as MC had more important games.

I voted lose because we simply won’t win.

1 win doesn’t justify we can carry it on.

Must swallow our pride and go for a messy draw.
