Interesting to see no sign as yet if either Tiote or Wijnaldum on the pitch today

Being held back for upcoming transfers??????

  • 19 Ron Knee // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:29 PM

    Wijnaldum on – interesting.

  • 20 Slank // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:30 PM

    Expatmag

You spoke too soon, Gini is on for Anita.

  • 21 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:30 PM

Very interested see what rafa will do with players such as sterry, saviet, Thauvin even gouffy. Looks like there all in his plans, & why not, we have a very long season a head, gonna need depth.

  • 22 ShirebrookToon // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:30 PM

    Mitros on fire!!
    Your defence is terrified!!

Funny as hearing that in background when he scored lol

  • 23 Slank // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:32 PM

Rafa looks as good as his word. He doesn’t have to sell so he plays who he likes.

  • 24 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:35 PM

It’s a shame mitrovic is suspended for the first few games, as he’s looking awesome.

  • 25 Ron Knee // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:36 PM

    Away goal for Wijnaldum.

  • 26 YoungMagpieFromBurnley // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:38 PM

    This team has me excited!!!!!

    _____________Sels
    Gamez_Lascelles_Mbemba_Dummett
    _________Hayden_Saivet
    Ritchie_____Gayle_____Aarons
    __________Mitrovic

Subs: Thauvin, sterry, Shelvey, Colback, Anita, Perez, Darlow. So many others like Gouffran, Mbabu, De Jong fighting for places aswell as the fact that I haven’t mentioned Wijnaldum or Sissoko or any new signings. We should be fine.

  • 27 John Tudor // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:39 PM

but they are playing a poor side i would expect at least 10
    goals

  • 28 expatmag // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:40 PM

    YMFB

Not a bad team there but I reckon Wijbaldum Sissoko Tiote and Krul will all be gone by september possibly Thauvin as well

  • 29 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:42 PM

    Youngmagpiefrombursley

U didn’t even mention tioti there, imagine when he brings extra steel.

  • 30 ROSHAN MAGPIE // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:44 PM

3-0 to#nufcat@Official_Darlo. Callum Roberts-arguably United’s best player-breaks down to left and rounds the keeper from a Vuckic pass

  • 31 YoungMagpieFromBurnley // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:44 PM

Shadow, exactly!! I imagine we should be fine. Should be a lot of competition for places.

Expat you’re quite right. I agree!

  • 32 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:44 PM

It seems like today we have plenty of finishers. Where have the all been the last 3 yeas????

  • 33 funlovingexpress // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:46 PM

shadow shearer they have either not been picked, played out of position or told to defend

  • 34 YoungMagpieFromBurnley // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:47 PM

    Shadow

Playing better sides I imagine. Also there’s less pressure today.

  • 35 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:47 PM

Callum Roberts is playing aswel, wow, im excited about what this young lad can do. If rafa uses him, it will show not only is rafa clever, but he has big balls unlike Pardew carver.

  • 36 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:48 PM

    Good point fun loving express.

  • 37 funlovingexpress // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:49 PM

Thought I had better add Shadowshearer that none of the goal scorers, apart from Aarons and he was signed in 2012 for the future, have been at the club 3 years

  • 38 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:51 PM

Coloccini is away, I think the time is right for lascelle to take the captaincy band.

  • 39 Shadow_Shearer // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:53 PM

I hope lascelle gets the captaincy band over sissoko. 1 has a great attitude, the other doesn’t!!

  • 40 firebug666 // Jul 16, 2016 at 3:58 PM

Been a long time since you could say Newcastle United have scored 11 (ELEVEN) goals in their last two games.
