Christian Atsu Newcastle Loan Deal May Be Close

Sky Sports reported yesterday that Newcastle were keen on Chelsea’s 24 year-old Ghanaian winger Christian Atsu, and that Newcastle want to take him on loan for the season.

Sky Sports Keith Downie tweeted that Newcastle have inquired about the winger, but that Newcastle also had a number of other targets.

Christian-Atsu-542025

Here’s Keith Downie’s initial tweet yesterday.

That report has been followed up by various other reports but no new news on the potential deal.

However, Bleacher reporter Dean Jones thinks the Ghanaian International is having a medical at Newcastle tomorrow, which would be a big shock if that was true.

With Rolando Aarons injured and out for at least eight weeks, Rafa Benitez said today in his press conference for the Brighton game tomorrow, that he would need to analyze whether two wingers were now needed rather than just one.

Maybe Christian is the first one in – and certainly he is a talented player.

We’ll take this news with a large pinch of salt.

Comments welcome.

Well lets see sounds interesting. Hope Rafa gets him to play well for us.

There is not need to stoop to any heights. Suppose you lie and wait to pounce on peoples observations of articles. Children like yourself really do need to exercise their foreskin more often, take out all that built up frustrations on something smaller and less significant than the blog.

If you cannot add any descent response to a referral of the article other than aggressive abusive pathetic and bickering mockery, do me a favour leave me out of it.

    Thanks.

I love watching Rafa dismantle the huge pile of dog droppings that Ashley and friends called a squad. I hope the Pinheads at the top get their noses rubbed in it over and over again.

Ashley is our Willy W@nker. He knows what stupidity is all aboot. Come on Ashley tell us how you managed to put together such a fabulous squad that we got relegated and Rafa had to get rid of 15 players! Yes it’s Willy W@nker and the Chocolate Factory all over again.

Gorgons been landed with surprise overdraft charges. Or the car wash lads forgot to clean his number plate lights. Or his favourite wellies have just started to leak. I’m just guessing. Some things up though.

The early game tomorrow (Liverpool at WHL) will have me paying special attention to Wijnaldum’s perfomance.
His display against Spurs away last December was a rare highlight for him.
He played a vital part in Perez’ extra time winner.
So far he has been quite lacklustre for the bindippers.

What do people think our Magnificent Management group do while Rafa actually builds a squad capable of competing in the Champs? Do they sit around and reminisce about their mighty achievements in football?
Graham: “My God Mike, the deals we’ve pulled off together. No wonder you gave me an 8 year contract.”
Mike: “That’s right Graham. I couldn’t have done it without you. And Lee has been right in the mix as well haven’t you Lee?”
Lee: “What’s that boss? Oh, yes whatever you say boss. Should I wash your car again now?”

Not too sure about all these young loan signings coming through the door . I’m starting to worry a bit about goals . We need some pkayers in who can get us up, at the minute we are struggling. Now with losing our 2 strikers , I must admit I’m fearful for tomorrow . I’m going for 1-2

    The story of Achraf Lazaar,

Palermo left-back, could be used as a spot for the integration between different cultures. The Lazaar family, Moroccan, has landed in Italy in 2003 and, more specifically, in Varese. Here, the boy, who was playing at home in Raja Casablanca, began to tread the Italian courts with Varesina (club series D), before moving in 2008 to Varese. With the red and white shirt made ??whole rigmarole to the first team with which he made ??his debut in the 2012/2013 season. In January this year it moved to Palermo, with which, after winning the Serie B, is set to debut in A.

    STRENGTHS
small player and extremely agile, Lazaar makes the race his best weapon. When part along the strip, it becomes impossible to take, because in possession of a scorching shot, which leaves in place its opponent. Very skilled technically, makes precise cross that become authentic manne for attackers. . It can also cover all the roles on the left wing, also to external attack (position where he played early in his career).

    WEAKNESSES
Lazaar must perfect their final phase. For one with its own characteristics, the fact that he scored just one goal in his career (in Italian Cup against Pontisola) is an insult. It has the qualities to do a lot better. Another dowry improve is the defensive aspect. Laszaar is primarily a push-back and this leads him sometimes to “forget” his duties under cover. From this point of view, Iachini is catechizing very Moroccan, to allow it to better address the pitfalls of Serie A.

    From The Chronicle

Benitez told the Chronicle: “We have different options.

“I will have 20 players, with Manu Riviere, Adam Armstrong, Ayoze, Yoan Gouffran and Mo Diame all as options up front.

“Then we have to decide. We will leave two players out.

“We have five options in attack and we must manage with them.
