Can Newcastle Make It 5 Wins In A Row At Derby?

Newcastle have a couple of very tough games coming up in the Championship, when we are away at Derby County and QPR on Saturday and Tuesday night respectively.

Both are good teams who will be challenging for promotion this season and Derby have former Newcastle coach and Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson in charge this season.

Derby have won one and drawn two of their first five games, but they will be improving as Pearson gets the players working together.

Let us know how you think we will do in the first game after the International break at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday.

A win with a Gayle Brace, and one a piece for Mitro and Murphy will make a decent weekend.

    Concerned about Mitro.
    Poor against Ireland.
Looks like a 40 year old who smokes 40 a day.
I think Murphy will show him up in terms of movement and mobility.
Mick Quinn says Murph can work the channels.
    Never seen Mitro do it.

Jibs footballing knowledge doesn’t realise that you can sub Murphy for Mitro after seventy minutes.

be interesting to see how Rafa sets us up away to a team that likes to pass, Derby have started pretty badly so we need to try and overwhelm them from the start

Jail- This is about your lack of distilling information and understanding stated opinions . Your translation of information is highly questionable and ignores reality. At least understand what you’re arguing about.

Just for a change could we perhaps debate the football and not the playground antics of a handful of posters?

After a poor start and embarrassment at Burton surely Derby will be 100% up for this game and we need to be solid and break at pace?
