Rafa – We’ll Try To Fix Problems – We Must Support The Players

Rafa Benitez has held his press conference today for the game against Wolves tomorrow night and he says they have analyzed the game and what went wrong and they have been working on fixing things.

Rafa will make some changes to the side for tomorrow’s night’s EFL 3rd round cup tie, but he has warned all players must be ready to play.

Rafa Benitez – has given his press conference

Here’s some of what Rafa has said:

“We have watched the game back and have been talking to the staff and players; analysing what was wrong and trying to fix the problems.”

“We made technical and tactical mistakes. We were unlucky with the own goal, but we have to manage these situations.”

“After QPR, I said there was plenty of room for improvement. Every press conference I say ‘the game will be tough’, and that is true.”

“The team needs the right mentality. Now is the time to realise it’s not a parade. We have to work hard in every single game.”

“We have to try to support the players. The fans can be the difference for us when we’re doing well and when we’re not doing well.”

“We will make some changes to keep everyone on their toes. Everyone can help and make a difference. All the players have to be ready.”

Let’s hope we can make a comeback and win this game.

Looking at league games only (8) and ignored Cheltenham one – seems reasonable to me?

Bring back Joey Barton- he’s going to be available.
Not as a player mind, just to read the players extracts from his autobiography – that should scare them into action !
