Comment #1Thank god I’ve got some time off now and have tickets for the next four games, not working out to well with this mixing work with games malarky.

Comment #5“Sunderland are only the second team in top-flight history to fail to win any of their opening eight league games in consecutive seasons (after Bury in 1905-06).”

Comment #7Another solid performance but surprised we didn’t press harder in the 2nd half considering we had them on the ropes.
Everything going pretty much to plan…we’re in the top 2, we have the biggest / strongest squad in the championship but wish Rafa would go for a core 8 and only mix around a certain couple of positions instead of these en mass changes every bloody week.
Nowt much to moan about really…all clear on the western front and we’re heading in the right direction.
Time to top up and finish off the day in style! 🙂 🙂

Nice to see Sunderland where they belong, they have been pretending for too many years.
Now you see what happens when we don’t help them out.

Comment #9They laughed when they sent us down, little did they know that they were signing their own death warrant, without the hope of points off us they are doomed. Not that they’d have got any and not that six points will see them safe at the end anyway, I think they might end up being the t5hree worst teams in PL history 😀

That’s it mate, Huddersfield and Norwich are fielding their very best eleven week in week out. Leicester were seriously lucky last year that they hardly had any injuries, if our two main rivals lose a couple of key players it could have a serious effect on them, where as we’re still guessing our best team.

absolutely…come Jan / Feb with a few injuries and 11 games to play in the clarty northern pitches they’ll all be knackered and threadbare.
It may not seem it right now but we’re well in the driving seat and we’ll finish top 2 easy.

Comment #13I wonder when Munster is going to start banging his Bruce and Mclaren drum. To be honest if they both start winning it can only be good for us, they will have to bes eriously good to catch up 12 to 15 points on us and they’ll be taking points off our rivals while doing so, we have them both to play at home and I doubt Bruce or Mclaren are looking forward to their visits here!
