    Phewwww
    Got away with it today!!!!
But I’ll take the points – awful first half better second half – to many players had a off game but shows if you battle and scrap you can get a result.

My MOM for the game Mitrovich for his two goals
Darlow had a decent game – under pressure a lot from high balls and rough play. did n’t see the game but radio commentary sounded like Preston were very physical

Watching the highlights is… uncomfortable. Poor game from us, but Preston just couldn’t finish.

    Fantastic performance by Darlow, mind.

The “perfectionists” aren’t happy I see! Digging in and winning these games is what matters; Preston were always gonna be up for this after the cup game. The point is we scored 2 great goals because we have the squad this season. We’ve just come through some difficult games and pulled clear of the pack!

I think it is less about being a perfectionist and more about being fortunate not conceding a two goal lead.

@Moonraker: There were a few good saves from Darlow, and poor finishing from Preston. This was less about digging in, and more about being lucky.

Happy for the win, but we like to make things needlessly difficult at times.
