Who Was Newcastle’s Man Of The Match At Preston?

Newcastle won their 6th league game in a row since we only drew at Villa Park when the home side equalized in the last minute – and that is now 7 wins in a row in all competitions.

And it was another brace from Aleksandar Mitrovic – his second in four days – that got the Magpies  all 3 points with Preston’s consolation goal coming in the 90th minute.

We remain top of the Championship with 34 points from our 15 games – 4 points better off than back in 2009 after 15 games played.

No I don’t think he will play them out of position, But if Diame was away and Perez got injured, we may see a change in tactics and two strikers?

    Just a thought!

Next week is a big game. Stay at least 3 points ahead (plus GD) before the two week break. Refresh and start a new positive run.

Another 3 points, always going to be a tough one today, all the players deserve a pat on the back.

Nice to see other forwards scoring and not just relying on Gayle.

I actually never hated Pardew as much as most when he was here, but I can’t help but root against Palace. I’m even rooting against Townsend, I’m just mean

Let’s not laugh too much when King Percy’s Palace get whooped by Liverpool. The King Percy Dance Club boys will be on complaining.

Same old news, every season Liverpool score for fun but they do concede very poor goals.
