Goosebumps, so nice when they get it right…..at last.

Being United as fans has never been a real issue, we have and always will be united no matter what our opinions. But having the club comprehend what it is all about it just fantastic.

I wonder should we allow them to be united with us? 😀

Agree, that’s a good reflection of what it means to be a united fan through thick and thin (sadly it’s been mostly the latter)

Who’s a fan of Daley Blind (apart from his father, of course)?

This would never of happened under a McCardew type chancer simply because they had no say and what bishop said, went. Basically closed doors and whatever did come out was fanciful spin.

Rafa’s in charge so communication and the understanding of what this club means to the fans is now part and parcel of our club once more.

    Feels good for a change.

Cautious is the watchword for me though.

Good to hear Newcastle pronounced without an “r” too.
A year ago this would have some cringeworthy corporate ” toonarmy” spin .
Finally dare we think the club are getting it .?

    ofd,
Shit like this doesn’t come from the smoggy PR guy Lee Marshall, smoggies hate us with a passion and we’ve had one in charge of fan relations for about the last three years, I bet he’s treading on eggshells now. Like I said earlier, the decision to carry out Rafas first interview without SD signage plastered all over the room wasn’t our former PR teams idea.

I think there’s going to a red card in Man Utds match, some niggley tackles already in the 1st half.

I am and always will be happy with the appointment of rafa, never said any different.

You on the other hand act like a lovesick teenager who’s encountered their first love and just can’t fathom anything else.

The turncoat reference was in regard to being the pin up boy and all round great blogger now you’ve been welcomed with open arms by the very bloggers you not so long ago despised.

I’m all for bygones and that but not with rats and certainly not with people who’s allegiance is questionable, topped off with their past wide ranging comments that are either racist, homophobic, downright disgusting or a combination of all three and more.

Get on with the neighbours though eh.

Stick to the verbals, they suit you better.

Wonder if we’ll start hearing about MU players being Mourhinodewed, some of his big signing including Ibrhamovic, Blind amd Schweinsteiger seems to have gone backwards in ability.

What has happened to the special one.

    Essex

The thing is with Mourinho, when he was with Chelsea 1st time around, he had a much better terry, lampard and Drogba, success was with those three players, 2nd time around did any Chelsea midfielder get in to double figures like lampard use to every season, and of course there’s drogba, at the moment Man Utd haven’t got a forward at the moment that will get 25 to 30 goals.

Essex…Weren’t both Blind and Schweinsteiger at Man U before the “used to be special one” arrived in the summer?

No doubt he’s struggling to get the best out of his players though.

Welsh…Surely Ibra is that striker? I’m not sure the argument can be made that he doesn’t have a decent squad. Perhaps not the squad he wants yet, but still.

I thought I might get a half season ticket for my son for his Xmas present. None of the links on the website to get one actually work – we must have one of the worst club websites in the UK – Rafa needs to work his magic on the website soon.

In terms of a song for the blog, or even for the Toon, I remember years ago The Wildhearts sending Keegan (first time around as manager) their song ‘Geordie in Wonderland’ but sadly, don’t think Kev ever listened to it. Check it out, it’s great (and Ginger, the singer/songwriter, is a Geordie)
