Another Full House At St. James’ Park For Blackburn

St. James’ Park is again sold out for tomorrow’s game against Blackburn Rovers.

Those present could possibly see Newcastle make history with a win and that would be the first time in Newcastle’s long history that we have won 10 games on the trot.

It would put this side and manager Rafa Benitez in the record books – hopefully not for the last time.

Newcastle have put the news up on their Twitter Account.

We need all 3 points tomorrow.

Which means we sold the tickets Blackburn sent back, so over 50k Mags probably not giving much thought to what the future may or may not hold, turning out to see a record broken and ready to celebrate accordingly. 🙂 What is simply a one off season to recover, this is turning into one of the best for a long time. Doing the lads’ confidence the world of good too. Developing a winning mentality for the future when it gets harder. Newcastle, United, will never be defeated! 🙂

It’ll be 2-0 I think. Not spectacular but job will be done.

Ancient – regarding your ‘another’ statement from. The Silver Haired Regent – sounds just like that ” the other guy” thing he said when referring to Mike Williamson. A Majestic Swine if ever there was one, an ego the size of Macedonia and the sensitivity of Pol Pot.

    Toonincheek, Chancel

What chance Rafa’ll start with Murphy rather than Mitro or Gayle? Picking Murphy’d really throw Blackburn’s game planning out the window.

Too late now, but my Rafa bingo should have included
    Ritchie, not Perez.

Rafa has to think about the Tuesday night game against Hull.

I reckon he will start Mitro on Saturday, maybe bring on
Gayle for the last 20 minutes.
Roles reversed on Tuesday, start Gayle and maybe bring on
Mitro for the last 20 minutes.

Could well rest Lascelles or Clark on Saturday – I have assumed not.

Good point regarding resting a few players so they are sharp for the EFL cup match vs Hull. He could rest Ritchie or Gouffy vs Blackburn for same reason. It has been a long time since Mbemba has had a start so would not be surprised if he is in the lineup. All in all tomorrow’s lineup is a crap shoot: who knows what the inscrutable Rafa will decide?!!! ?

Mitro and Gayle starting together would be great to watch. Tomorrow COULD be the day! Even Rafa has to be a bit curious….hmmm.

Do you work for the LMA, would you not say that the behaviour of Mourinho was solely down to Chelsea’s amazing slump last year.

Rafa seems to be very much into analysis, he’s got his tried and tested methods and sticks to the formula.
I can imagine him poring over the amount of mileage each player does, the work they are getting through in a game. This is why Colback gets rotated so much, in my opinion. The reduction in muscle strain type injuries is down to a few things obviously but not over working folk is a big part of that. Not just physical recharges, but mentally too.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Lascelles or Clarke getting a little breather soon, for that reason. Ritchie would be another, as would Gayle, but they have already had ‘natural’ breaks lately for minor knocks / suspensions…

This is why picking a line up is so difficult, not many have picked a different CB pairing but it would be perfectly feasible to rest(rotate) one of them with an important game on Tuesday coming up. I see we will be getting the full away end down at Blackburn 6/7K Geordies on the march.

Yeah I think Hanley would have been a nailed on starter for me today, before he picked up the injury.
In an ideal world Shelvey would have had a spell as well. Must not get booked today. Wonder if Rafa has inside info on wether the FA will be likely to meet to discuss his case before the Hull game.. We will know if he rests him today..

No, we haven’t been given many tickets for Hull and I’m away at the minute, Blackburn on the 2nd of December, should be loads of tickets available.

Steven Gerrard vs AC Milan – 2005 Champions League Final

Can’t believe AC Milan didn’t win the game or kill the game off with such fire power in their team. They are gutted to the core. The final save by Jerzy Dudek was class. At the right time at the right place.

In Milan team just to name a few..
Kaka, Seedorf, Pirlo, Maldini and the rest of those players are big names as well.

Rafa and the players did a very good job.
Alot of the players in pool faded slowly after leaving with Alonso and Gerrard as mian stand out..

    To name a few..
    Baros, kewell

A good coach plays a big part in the success to guide and motivated those individuals.

Hope Rafa is able to renew his contract and stay with us as long as he could and bring us some trophies as well or make us more competitive again.

If Shearer was going to be right on Ashley doing shit, i guess alot of fans would be damn piss off.

I cannot imagine that and there is possibilities it can happen.
