Newcastle got a great win at Brentford today and some good defending near the end after Daryl Murphy had headed us ahead after 79 minutes allowed Newcastle to win the game 2-1.

Brighton lost 2-0 at Preston so that allowed us to go one point ahead of the south coast club but we’re sure there will more twists and turns to the championship this season.

Nice one jamsha. Two lovely goals to enjoy. That was the difference today – finishing. We did, they didn’t. If all fairness they were unlucky to lose, but we’ve suffered the same thing. THAT’S football.

Agreed, Perez set up of Murph was top rate. Gail’s first goal was class. Drlow not as bad on goal against as radio made seem. Didn’t see any shirt pull by Clark in box, so still not sure who radio announces were talking about.
