More Potential Bad News For Newcastle

The Mirror is reporting again this morning on some potential bad news for Newcastle as they say some
Chinese Super League clubs are ready to make Rafa Benitez the highest-paid manager in the world.

The Mirror report is that they are willing to offer Rafa over £30M a year if he leaves Newcastle in the summer for China.

The good news is that Rafa was offered some big deals from China in the summer, but he wanted to be near his home just outside Liverpool and was not interested and stayed on at Newcastle.

Rafa Benitez – Newcastle manager

The other thing is that Rafa is very ambitious and wants to win trophies and would prefer to work in the Premier League.

The Mirror is making a big deal again about Rafa being annoyed about Newcastle not bringing in any new players in the January transfer window. but we think that is way overblown.

It may be another case of the Mirror trying to stir things up at Newcastle – so we must be doing well.

One way Rafa will leave Newcastle in the summer is if we don’t get promotion back to the Premier League.

And one way we that could still happen is by throwing points away at home as we did yesterday against 4th bottom Bristol City.

That’s the main danger.

He’s under contract is he not, but I’m sure Mashers wouldn’t be too fussed about that if there was a few quid in it for him.

What are you talking about? Perez has proved himself a PL player? A PL player could easily play at Championship level. Perez struggled in PL and helped us get relegated, and he’s struggling against teams like Bristol City.

Hands up if you’re one of the two who voted for Mitro. Did fat fingers hit wrong button?

I was at the game yesterday. We let a freak 80s throwback attacker assault our defenders and went 2-0 down. After Rafa’s half time talk our defenders gave Wilbraham some of it back and you didn’t even see that 37 year old hasbeen do owt second half. And the prick nearly started a riot by celebrating their second goal in the gallowgate/milburn end.

    Another sh!t ref/linesman.

    More timewasting from the opposition.

We could have won this 7-2 in the second half if Mitro, or anyone, had anticipated the crosses coming in.

Nice to see Reading roll over and die for the darlings of the chamo.

We will be top Tuesday night.

It’s the mirror, (Chronicle group), it’s always bollocks from them.

Just used to wind up some thick Toon fans – which they usually succeed at.

    Blackass

A PL player could easily play at Championship level – true – if he was so inclined.

Perez could easily play better than he does – he showed that in the PL and in a a game the other week – that’s what is so annoying.

How many games this season have we dropped points in due to crap officiating….its beyond a joke.
We need to start games on the front foot though, especially at home….and while im whining….colback is not the answer…….no matter what the question is.
    Darlow/elliot
    Anita,Hanley,Clark,Dummet
    Diame,Shelvey
    Yedlin,Ritchie,Atsu
    Murphy/Gayle

3 players in advance positions who can beat a men with pace and ability, a striker who anticipates the balls into the box,
Defenders willing to defend and a midfield capable of playing forward balls and carrying the ball forward too.
We need to win our next 3 matches and if we start those 3 games with the same attitude we started on Saturday we will lose them all and be possibly overtaken into 3rd place….come on Rafa let them loose

Rafa won’t go to China! If he was only working for the money it would be different . Pardew would! Hahahahahahaha

I think if Gayle is deemed fit he will start rather than come on later in case he breaks down as the last sub!
