Brighton Likely To Be Promoted Tomorrow

If Brighton can win their home game tomorrow afternoon against second bottom Wigan Athletic they will be the first team promoted this season from the Championship.

The Seagulls would then be on 92 points.

And the most the Terriers in third place can get can get if they win all of their last five games is 92 points and the Seagulls have  a much better goal difference.

Chris Hughton – Brighton manager – trying to smile

🙂

The goal difference is 36 against 5 so there’s just no way Huddersfield can score 36 goals or whatever to beat Brighton’s goal difference in their last five games.

That’s right isn’t it?

Here’s how things stand at the top of the Championship at the moment.

We need to make sure Newcastle can win at Portman Road tomorrow afternoon and get that much closer to automatic promotion.

I think Brighton deserve all the plaudits they receive from this season. They have been steadfast throughout unlike our stuttering campaign

brighton deserve the title simple as that, what maddened me about our game v leeds was trying to run down the clock, sitting back on a goal lead and bringing on colback and diame which lead to the goal leeds scored, worst of all is play off place and could our team cope with that with the likes of Fulham and leeds in the frame as well as huddesfield, this 4-2-3-1 crap formation does not work in this league as rafa has found out but wont change it
