Newcastle Must Get Back To Winning Ways At Ipswich

Yes we have had no luck in the last few games, but we no have to forget about that and start to win games so that we can quickly nail that automatic promotion spot.

That will allow Rafa and Lee Charnley to start the massive work we need to do in the summer transfer window to make Newcastle into a powerhouse in the Premier League over the next few seasons.

We are very close promotion, but we need to start winning games after getting a measly one point from our last two games and dropping 5 points to Brighton in those games.

Newcastle have to go all out to end this season on a high and win the last four games.

That’s completely independent of what Brighton can do – it’s up to the Newcastle palmers to get 12 points from our last four games – come hell or high water.

I’m not one to look back too much, and hindsight is a wonderful thing 🙂
    But…
Looking at Townsend over the last few weeks it’s crystal clear that if we had managed to secure him he would have pished all over the Championship. Just as Knockaert has been the key at Brighton.
Trophy would have been in the cabinet a few weeks ago. Many said at the time he was a must.
We trusted Gouff would continue to put in good performances..
