We are becoming increasingly confident that Rafa Benitez will get the backing he’s looking for from Mike Ashley at their meeting within the last week.
And the fact he will present Mike with a comprehensive blueprint on what he wants to do long term at Newcastle has to impress the owner.
It’s what Mike needs from Rafa so he has complete trust that leaving the club to Rafa Benitez will ensure Newcastle will be great again and even start winning trophies.
We want to see these three all on the same page before the last game
Not only that but Newcastle United will rise in value as a football club each season if things turn out well.
Rafa will present a plan to Mike very may from now on about what needs to be done next – this plan is the overall blueprint long term.
Something he has done at Liverpool and other clubs he has managed – he has to be a Powerpoint expert by now.
Rafa must also be like manna from heaven to Mike Ashley.
The fans will want to see an upbeat photo of Mike, Rafa and Lee together – UNITED behind Rafa’s blueprint.
If we can see that before our final game at home to Barnsley – it will be a celebration of the season and also a celebration of the very bright future ahead for Newcastle United under world-class Rafa Benitez.
Now this is getting to be so good I cannot take it.
🙂 🙂 🙂
Here’s some positive comments from the fans as they are starting to realize t;s now likely to all work out very well.
Some journalists get a kick out of putting #NUFC fans on edge regarding Rafa’s future. Stop stirring things up! Let us enjoy promotion!

@CraigHope_DM @BenArfaChance Rafa “Do I have a decision to make about the future? I am quite confident that everything will be fine.” Nothing to see here. #nufc

Just because Rafa mentioned his “future” doesn’t mean he’s bloody leaving! Honestly the panic is laughable sometimes from the media!! #nufc

@JackHackett4Gin @CraigHope_DM @CaulkinTheTimes @HanoiToon @chrismorgan57 What we need to give Rafa…. what Rafa wants and what’s best for the club. Rafa seems confident all parties will be happy #NUFC 2/2

A big flap on because Rafa has mentioned ‘his future’ ….. what if… he actually wants to be here longer than 2 more years? #NUFC
— Rafferty’s Jukebox (@PercyArmsDisco) April 28, 2017
Course Rafa wants to stay, why would he WANT to leave? He’s always been reserved like this in case a disaster happens, he’s careful #NUFC

Dunno whether it was intended to sound significant but Rafa’s gone from saying he only deals with Charnley to now he speaks to Ashley #NUFC

Comment #1How can anyone be confident about MA giving Rafa the necessary tools to succeed when 10 long years of MA have proved beyond any doubt whatsoever that he will only ever allow this club to succeed for his benefit and certainly not for the benefit of the fans or their manager, a classic example being the January window just gone, I hope Rafa leaves as he deserves better than to be dragged down to Ashley’s pathetic standards.

Comment #2If history has taught us anything regarding NUFC its that the minute we become confident of something the walls come crashing down….
