Very Proud Newcastle Fans Swamp Twitter After Record Win

It’s what we have dreamed of since all last summer – that Newcastle can come straight back and back to the most watched sports league in the world – the English Premier League.

There seems a growing feeling among our fans that Rafa can indeed make Newcastle great again – and that Mike Ashley is more and more inclined to back him to the hilt.

We know he’s messed up many many times before but we think Mike realizes now just how fantastic Rafa is for Newcastle United.

We want to see both men meet and agree on Rafa’s new blueprint before our final game and then for owner Mike Ashley to attend that final game of the season a week on Sunday against Barnsley.

That will show that Newcastle are truly UNITED.

Rafa Benitez interviewed on Sky Sports after the game
The manager was very pleased with two great goals

After all that is what the club have been telling is all season – so it’s a good time to prove it..

This was our 28th win of the season and a record breaking 14th away win this season.

That’s another record for Rafa Benitez after he equaled the all time winning streak at the club with nine straight wins  last year.

Rafa is simply amazing.

Howay The Bonnie Lads and roll on the summer transfer window

Last but not least here are some tweets from some very proud Newcastle fans tonight.

Atsu free kick was sublime. Cool calm collected. Minimum effort. But what a goal!

    Stuart no 9
    Link above
    Warnock’s drivel at the bottom.
Openly calling ref ” uneducated ”
    Classless tw@t.
Bc report says 4,000 away too ? And the rest
Still love how a good away win with class goals ,yet the report still manages to pay homage Brighton aka the media darlings of this league ..

Stuart he was doing his northern blunt man routine. Have heard far worse. Excellent performance tonite. I think Brighton will win easily tomorrow though. Great might to be an nufc man tonite. I was called an honourary geordie by some mags buddies when I lived in England so am feeling the black and white bond tonite. Howay the lads and enjoy your holiday

We have all heard far worse for sure .
My point earlier is Rafa was apparently being
“looked into” by the F.A for suggesting ,quite correctly in my opinion, they look at the background of refs for big games so we don’t have another case of a Huddersfield fan being involved in games effecting any of their rivals etc.
To me it was more a way of preventing referees themselves coming under un required scrutiny .
Yet warnock can sprout his bile and call a ref “uneducated” ? and nowt will said .
Maybe a few of those who have moaned all season about our games and set up ,tactics etc need to think back to a year or so ago and realise we could have easily saddled with someone of warlocks standing or even worse ,the man himself and being sat here for another yeah with Norwich ,villa and the unwashed.

Anyone know if ,as done in previous years ,next seasons kit will be worn for the last game ?
Or maybe being kept back until the new shirt sponsors are unveiled ?
