Is This Player Worth £10M To Newcastle?

We have been linked with Tom Ince for at least five years now and there are reports that Rafa Benitez wants to sign the 25 year-old former Liverpool trainee this summer.

It seems that Derby County are now ready to sell Tom Ince to Newcastle for £10M, so that new manager Gary Rowett has some funds this summer to bring new players in, as he tries to earn promotion for Derby next season.

Derby’s Tom Ince – is he worth £10M?

There were reports four months ago we had a bid rejected for Ince during the January transfer window when Steve McClaren was Derby’s manager, but things seem to have changed now that Rowett is in charge.

WE noticed  there have been different reactions from our fans as to whether Ince is worth £10M.

Tom scored 13 goals in 40 appearances in the Championship last season but has never really excelled in the Premier League with either Crystal Palace or Hull, so there seems to be some doubts about him.

Let us know what your opinion of Tom us in our poll.

Ben Gibson, Ince and Gray but Gibson the priority, great CB, down to earth Nunthorpe lad.

Would rather have Will Hughes but Ince would offer good competition at 10 and LW at least.

Be interesting to see his Championship stats compared to Tom C.

He’s look good under a few poor managers (Stevie Mc twice ) so would only improve under the Rafa Gaffa

    “Its even.”

Ron Knee, if you intend to correct another person’s grammar, you should really get it correct. It should be:

‘Its,’ even. In fact, using “even” does not make complete sense. A rewrite would make the intention clearer.

Unless, Ron, your usage was to intend that a score had been settled, in which case, you would have been conversing with yourself.

Problems on site this morning 🙁

    503 Service Unavailable

We’re sorry: this site is temporarily unable to process your request. Please wait a minute or two and try again.
    Why is this happening?

The most common cause of this problem is that your computer at IP address 81.133.92.34 has opened too many simultaneous connections to scripts on this site.

This can happen if you run several simultaneous scripts, particularly if you opened new tabs or windows in your Web browser, or if you reloaded a page before the site had finished running several previous scripts from you. If you did that, the problem is only affecting you (not other visitors to the site) and will stop as soon as the original scripts finish.

Although it’s less likely, it’s also possible that the total number of visitors trying to connect to this Web site is too high, especially if the Web site is using scripts that run slowly.
