The following policies should be taken into consideration before commenting:
An update on my health situation - we have terminated the PluVicto treatment halfway through, because of the severity of the side effects - diarrhea, vomiting, and acid reflux.
And there was no evidence the treatment was having any positive effect in stopping the prostate cancer from spreading in the bones.
There are no treatments left for me to go on.I will go into home hospice care now and will have a hospice nurse visit me at home regularly to ensure I am as comfortable as possible and we will treat the side effects of the treatments I have had.
It's down the final stretch now, and I have run out of treatments, and nature will now take its course.
I hope Newcastle can get many wins this season from now on, and I am at peace with all of this.
Thanks for all your help through the years - it's very much appreciated

Comment #129In real time play looked like a Pen all day long but in fairness Zouma did toe poke the ball first, Why though did Atsu not get a shot away was he trying to walk it in?

Comment #133The tackle came from behind really and if you don’t take the ball cleanly it has to be a pen. Trouble is, it would be a red card as well and that may have made him bottle it. We’ve had them given against us more than once. Got to say from where I sit I thought it was a pen simply because it was a tackle from behind and having seen it again, I haven’t changed my mind. That said, I can live with this one because we won. 🙂 Might be different on another day though.
Chancel be a fine thing

Comment #134My frustration with the penalty incident was that Atsu could have got a shot in, even though the fella poked the ball, if he hadn’t been brought down by the challenge. The poke of the ball was ineffective in terms of stopping a shot, but the tapping the legs together proved very effective. A much more interesting talking point than the other penalties, but not in MOTD’s opinion.

I watched Lascelles’s goal on MoTD and it struck me that he was talking to the ref, probably arguing the non-penalty, then went into his run. How quickly he could switch his priorities was impressive.
Then again, it could’ve been a very cleverly thought out plan.

Comment #136Jammell today was tremendous. Been a long time since we an actual leader as a captain. Impressed with how he stayed on the pitch until every player had went off . And continued to applaud our tremendous support. Also leading the way in arguing our point with the ref . A true born leader that lad for someone who is still a youngun

Great post.
Straight to the point and true.
I live in stoke (well near) ?
But a ‘Mighty Magpies’ fan
Many friends who are all the red and white shite 🙂
been many a match will admit… and no they play one way and one way only.
Get stuck in and bully the opponents (rough)
My super 6 to be fair favoured the city.. just on recent results between us .. and their recent form ..
It was a cracking game today Newcastle”s attacking prowness .. over last few games is something to purr over.. we don’t need possession. Just shape and structure.
Altho against the big boys. City. United. Chelsea. e.t.c. will be interesting,
Think lack of that top so called ‘quality player’ could be our down fall through out the season.
Hopefully January, given our league position may bring that quality we need to steady us through the second half of season.
But trust 3 wins in a row who’d of thought it.
Immense. Crazy. But if Leicester can!! ?? #hwtl ??

Magspuggy… Fair play lad, I must say when I see your 5-1 optimistic predictions I do genuinely laugh as it’s a reminder that the feel good factor is back, and I’d say you might be right sooner rather than later going on recent performances!
Still couldn’t believe we are 4th this morning when getting up for work, and of the mighty gunners beat Chelsea by 2 clear goals we go 3rd! So proud of the lads!
