Fans Swarm To Twitter After A Single Point In Last Six Games

We didn’t expect to pick up anything from Chelsea yesterday and we didn’t.

The points we will pick up will be against the lower placed sides – the bottom 14 sides if you like.

We play two of those sides in the next two games – Leicester City at home followed by Everton away.

We must start picking up points from those games before we go to the Emirates to face Arsenal.

It could be a very difficult month for us in December and we could start dropping further down the league table from the 14th position we are in at the moment.

Newcastle fans

That’s the last thing we want January because it could be difficult to attract top players to the club.

Here’s what’s on the minds of Newcastle fans this Sunday morning after we lost 3-1 at Chelsea yesterday and have picked up just a single point in the last six games.

The following brings back memories – great ones.

Nothing is going on the squad is just low on quality it is that simple. Rafa clearly does not rate mitro although others seem to (short memories). Don’t get me wrong I am questioning Rafa’s decisions but bottom line is if any other manager we could attract was at the helm we would be sitting bottom of the table no doubt.

Geordie mark I don’t think loan or reserve players have enough quality to make an impact I am afraid. We need a striker and no10 in January regardless of takeover otherwise we will face a hard battle for survival.

    gylfi sigurdssun 50 million 2017
Hazzard 35 million 2012 yes right now 80-120 million drink water cost more than Hazzard
coutinio 13 million 2013 , value right now 80-120 million, but would you play wijnaldum ahead of him, he cost 25 million

take a player like Giggs or stevie G, never really had a value because they where never bought or sold, but at there very best would have commanded world record fees,

the cost of a player really means nothing, its more about what the manager can get out of the player.

Shearer, world record, dropped and asked to do things by ruud that didnt suit his game, and the goals dried up, yet under SBR he was a world beater again..

values mean nothing, its a way to launder money and thats it

An indication of what Rafa is about:-
When he agreed to help out Chelsea for
a season. He inherited a misfiring expensive squad from Di Matteo
and in a few short months had them in the Semi Final of the League cup
    – and 3rd place in the PL
Oh ! and winning the Europa League cup.

That’s what he does when he has a first class squad

Catchy of course you find bargains or buy players at different development stages of their career that effects price. The bottom line is if a club spends 500-600m on players in the last 5-6 years they will definitely have better players than us (much better). Your argument is plain stupid. In your mind if Alex Ferguson came back and managed us we would be winning the league!

give it a rest with the Twitter crap,, i can go and cherry pick a load of random thoughts from there too.

you post them like its gospel, its not. your own blog has just as many thought, your own blog is social media too.. in fact why not go to FB too, im sure you can find some random thoughts there too. hey, why not post what they say in the daily mirror too.

thier opinions are only as valid as mine or yours no more no less

yep that’s Chelsea though, its not like he has the same quality in players here but a good manager will always play his strongest players and in a good formation like we were before the last 6 matches we have played, to me theres something very wrong here

money is only effective if your paying for the likes of hazzard Ronaldo messi Suarez, these types of player are just quality.
but i can guarantee 99% of all players in the premiership are massively overpriced to what they offer ability wise.
    50 million for sigurdsson, really

Reading and posting is no fun largely because of the negativity and catchy jasper duo endless rambling. We can certainly improve on our Watford performance at home against Leicester and return to winning ways. We don’t need fair weather fans but the sort of fans present at the Bridge yesterday. Let’s stay United we knew this was going to be a tough season but with Rafa we
have a great chance to stabilise our
    place in the Premiership.

For the likes of Catchy and Jasper let me remind the faint hearted that Newcastle only lost three games once Rafa Benitez took charge – all away from home – and went on a six-game unbeaten run at the end of the season, which included matches against Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham.

For those on Twitter -Being the manager at the point of a team’s relegation does not mean being held personally responsible. That’s shared by McClaren and Ashley.

I am so sick of these misleading, cherry picked twitter feeds. Who are “swarming” to Twitter in such dramatic fashion? This is just lazy and I’m tired of it! We have a better source of what people think on your own blog, Ed. And it’s way more reliable.

I commented a few weeks ago that it is NOT a shock defeat for Newcastle to lose to Watford and a few thought I was undermining our club. It SHOULD be seen as a shock defeat, but it just isn’t the case – not when you look at how much every other club spent in the Transfer Window. Every single club in this league could potentially beat us and I wouldn’t be shocked.

The facts are that we have a vastly inferior squad to the rest of the league, but they work their socks off for a great manager who I question at times too. But what can we do until the next window or a takeover?

The Only hope we have is that Rafa gets the lads playing again and we accumulate enough points to stay up! An eventueel takeover and an inject of money for Transfers would,nt be unwelcome either. Meanwhile there is a certain minority of the base support who tend to react over the Top when we lose a game ! RAFA is hopefully immune to all the Bullshit criticism which is directed at him onsuch occasions! He is doing pretty well with the cards he has been dealt !
