One Striker Who’s Available And Newcastle Can Still Sign

Newcastle are desperately looking to bring in a striker in the 26 hours left in this transfer window.

🙁

If they fail to do that they will be embarrassed by not getting Rafa Benitez the one player he asked for this month – a striker – and by showing their complete incompetence – once again.

One possibility is 22-year-old Spanish U21 International and former Barcelona striker Sandro Ramirez, who Rafa was keen on signing in the summer.

But he has not done well at all at Everton this season.

He is available on loan, and if Rafa stills rates the Spaniard, he could well bring him in on loan for the rest of the season before tomorrow night.

Sandro Ramirez – former Barcelona striker available on loan

But to be any good to Newcastle, Sandro will have to show a lot better form than he’s so far shown at the Toffees.

Newcastle seem to be the betting favorites probably because Rafa wanted his compatriot in the summer.

Spanish sides want him but are having trouble playing his wages – which we assume Newcastle could pay in addition to the loan fee.

Newcastle must bring in a striker by tomorrow night otherwise Mike Ashley will have the fans at Newcastle to deal with.

That’s because once again he’s let Rafa down badly if nothing materializes before tomorrow night.

The owner just doesn’t want to spend any money in the transfer market, and it’s been like that since late May of 2007.

It’s hard to see at this point – only 26 hours left – how Newcastle can get a decent striker through the door after Ashley spent the first half of the month doing nothing.

Did I say it is all totally pathetic?

Would still need to bring in another as he has been utter garbage this season.

It is a shame that there has been a decade of fans that have known nothing more than Nufc being nothing more than Ashley’s vanity project.
If you can remember on the way home from the Swansea game I kept mentioning the amount of unrest in the platinum from long serving fans on the state of the club, Imagine what is going to happen tomorrow if we do not sign anybody else and we lose

    Typical.
Newcastle are busy trying to buy two Czechs and the one at Arsenal gives Swansea the lead

Looks like Arsenal are angling for Wenger out and Rafa in.

    FA enquiry please.

Swansea playing exactly how Rafa has set Newcastle up against city. Everyone behind the ball but trying to counter. Big difference is the quality between our attacking options and Swansea’s. This game really does show how good a job Rafa is doing the fa t we are not cut adrift already.

To be honest mate I have had enough of it to. The love and passion has been knocked out a lot of fans over the tenure of the fat tosser. Most games three quarters of the ground just sit there with there arms folded as acceptance of what has happened to the club.
In the 90s and early 2000’s you use to come out of St james park with your ears ringing because of the cauldron of noise. The club is dying a slow and painful death mate

The relegation places will go down to the last game. The way this league is you could be in the bottom three in the last game, win and finish 10th…..

And, Ed uses the word incompetence to describe yet another wasted window. I’d say recklessness is more appropriate.

A striker inexperienced, unsuccessful and low on confidence at Premier league level joins a club low on confidence, short on goals, and struggling for any real identity. It is such a bad option for both, that you can almost see it happening.

    Wants out of Athletico
Quoted as saying wants a final fling of 18months in the Premiership
    Can car share with Rafa
    Financially workable

No brainer but wait Ashley has no brain just a vacuous space occupied by wind

    Lilongwe,
You’re very quick to condemn Rafa, you have been since he got here.
How do you know that Mitrovich didn’t call him a w@nker in front of the whole team before storming off after being told off for calling him a pr!ck. He obviously has his reasons for not playing him, who is more important to the club, Rafa or Mitrovich. Which one would you rather see the back of.

We need a modern day Sibierski, where is the white Pele these days….. Alternatively, how much would Shola be from Notts County? More than 5 times as many Prem goals as Joselu, just under 7 times as many assists,. To make it more comparable, only 20 minutes worse than Joselu for goals per minute played, with more assists per minute played…. Imagine the uproar if we had paid money to sign Shola….
