Shelvey was as good as Diame but I hope the keeper wins MOM. Still those two went to to toe with madic and Pogba and won! Some posters were saying they prefer our two to them two. Ott I know, but, respect man.

BTW, Liverpool playing with 11 keepers. Check out the outfits. Southampton have given Liverpool too many players, paying the price.

We’re still not out of it. Three more wins. Come on, there’s belief now.

there wasnt a bad performance on our side today, yedlin was shakey defending but everyone else played really well I thought, kenedy struggled to get into the game though. Dubravka had a great first game. But shelvey was brilliant in his break up play and another strong performance from Diame.

Brilliant performance from our lads, still buzzing. A game we’ll all remember.
Fantastic 3 points just what we needed before the break.

I’m sorry if you guys have heard this before.. But….. After 50+yrs of supporting this club.. nothing amazes… But I’m still amazed at what we constantly keep pulling out out of the hat at the last minute…. Its not good for the old ticker…. But I love it anyway… contradictory? Of course…. HWTL XXX

Next home match 10th March v Southampton, I hope the home crowd (except the Gallowgate as they always do) can provide the same support and see us win again.

Looks like we’ve now got a real spine to the team

    Dubrovka
    Lascalles
    Diame/Shelvey
    Slimani

    That’s an exciting proposition

‘We don’t expect to win the league, just a team that tries’

    Got that today boys……

Also respect to old ‘special one’ who was very respectful in his post match interview.

    Tynemouth
As for Rafa & The New Animals
Before today I was beginning to wonder:

“Where Have All The Good Times Gone”

See big Mo kept up his cult hero status today

    Bring on the South Coasters.

You have to wonder why we can’t play that well every week.

Anyway, great 3 points and to be a Toon fan.

The red wine is nearly gone. Goodnight all.

Dubravka wow. Probably the best debut I have witnessed, cool, calm, talked to the back four and can play a bit, just wow.
Great 3 points, I had a horrible feeling when the ref bottled the penalty against Gayle in the first half but our Karma was good today….still buzzing

Rafa please keep this back four together, I thought they were immense today albeit with a little bit of luck….about time too… Lejeune had his best game for us and showed that the hype from Spain was justified. I thought Rafa should have freshened the forwards, whats the story with Murphy since the City game?
