Newcastle Lose 2-0, Who Was Our Best Player At Liverpool?

We didn’t really expect much out of this game but we were still hoping for a second miracle in the last three games – but it wasn’t to be.

Liverpool won this game fairly comfortably 2-0 with goals from Salah and Mane in each half.

Swansea beat West Ham 4-1 and that was the Hammers’ second 4-1 defeat on the trot and it takes Swansea above Newcastle in the table.

We have Southampton at home next Saturday before a long three-week break.

Mane – scores Liverpool’s second on 55 minutes

We must win that game and a defeat could see us in serious relegation right up until the final game of the season.

This all sounds too familiar.

I hope all these idiots on here heard what both Stevie G and Jermaine Jenas said there. Championship team with a premiership manager, without him we would be rock bottom. If you need further proof, look where are ex-manager currently has his outfit. Going to be a close run thing but if Rafa keeps that squad up it is a miracle. Totally toothless up front and zero creativity in midfield without Shelvey.

Totally disagree. I don’t think we have a championship squad. Most of our players have played in the Premier League and top european leagues. Players like Yedlin and Diame will get into most premier league teams.

I thought Diame did ok today. Was unlucky not to have scored.

Just got to win out next two games and get another 6 points after that and I think we’ll be safe. Everton aren’t out of it yet. West Brom can pick up 21 points as they have some winnable fixtures.

I also feel that West Brom’s squad isn’t that bad. A strikeforce of Rondon, Sturridge and Rodriguez is impressive.

Would’ve been good if we had Glenn Murray and Izquierdo. Two good players which will keep Brighton up.

Still think that our beloved owner believes that there will be 3 worse teams than ours to maintain our PL status, so why spend any money?

17th is good enough in his eyes.
