This From Friday , Online Guy . Was I close or was I close ? Missed the bookies.

Yedlin will hopefully put in a good shift v Leicester, Vardy out left cutting in is a handful for any defender.

We are a different team from early , mid season , strong team now, give any team in the Prem a hard game. Probably need 2 to win it . Not usually one for predictions but I’m optimistic and will say …

    …Leicester 1 v 2 Newcastle United .

It’s only impressive if you get the scorers right. LOL

Chuffed with the win, great graft and determination shown by the lads today. The Gooners are ripe for the picking next week…with a fit Slimani available…wouldn’t be surprised to see four on the trot at this point.

Lejeune .. he’s another potential captain…bit of culture about his distribution ..Class act ..

Forget to mention Wor Keeper Dubrovka in a post about leaders on the Pitch ..he’s another .

Great Keeper..gives the team a Solid look and confidence..

I would say that any team facing us now has to put in a real hard shift to get anything from us.

They know it’s not easy facing Newcastle United .. Discipline and graft and tactical nous from Rafa makes it so .

IMHO, Lejeune is the second best signing this year behind Dubravka for a couple of reasons, if you don’t differentiate between loans and full purchases. First, I don’t think Lejeune would be nearly as effective when paired with Clark or Mbemba, and two, Dubravka, if purchased, would have cost almost 7 mil less, with similar to greater impact to the team.

This isn’t taking into account that Lejeune was injured for a good portion of the year. (thank you, Harry F*n Kane)

Buzzing with that performance and result, i reckon we are just about safe now. Bring on Arsenal, the confidence is sky high and we don’t need to fear anyone from now until the Chelsea game. Would like to thank the lads and lasses who were there today to support the toon HWTL
