Robert Kenedy has been voted the Fun88 Player of the Month for March after playing some outstanding game on the left wing for Newcastle.
Not only has this lad settled in very quickly at Newcastle and scored two goals and two assists, and he has quickly learned his defensive duties from Rafa Benitez and tracks back well.
He looks an excellent young player for Newcastle and is getting headlines for his excellent play, and his attitude also seems to be first class.
Kenedy – player of the month for March – well done
Kenedy received 58.1% of the votes, beating out local lad Paul Dummett and last summer’s signing Florian Lejeune to the March award.
Rafa Benitez would live to sing Kenedy in the summer if Chelsea agree to sell, but other top clubs such as PSG, Tottenham and Bayern Munich are also interested.
The significant advantage Newcastle have is that he will play regularly at Newcastle if he signs for us, but he will not be guaranteed playing time at a bigger club.
He only played 7 times for the Chelsea first team over the last two seasons.
He has made eight successive starts at Newcastle and has been outstanding.
Well done Kenedy.

Ashley doesn’t seem to take a blind bit of notice of historical results, that’s why I sense a victory on Sunday and away to Everton and Watford.

Comment #3Reminder:
“Newcastle United’s under-23s take on FC Porto B at St. James’ Park on Thursday night, with a place in the final of the Premier League International Cup up for grabs.
“Arsenal or Villarreal – who play each other on Tuesday – will await the winners of the mouthwatering clash between the Portuguese giants and the Magpies, and the game will be shown live on NUFC TV.”

Comment #6Well done young Kenedy. You are now an established big fish in a rising team. Please don’t make the mistake of allowing your fantastic talent to go to waste by joining a so called massive club and ending up a bench warmer like most of fortune seekers that have left NUFC looking to enhance their careers. Stay and play week in and out, You will only improve.
