Report – Rafa Could Soon Turn His Attention To This Right Winger

The Sun are reporting today that Rafa Benitez is trying to bring Andros Townsend back to Newcastle from Crystal Palace.

But if that bid fails, then he will try to sign Aston Villa right winger Albert Adomah.

Rafa also wants Kenedy on loan for the year from Chelsea with an option to buy the player next summer – so it seems the manager does want two new wingers coming in – which could mean Matt Ritchie leaves the club.

The 30-year-old right winger was born in Lambeth in London and joined Aston Villa two years ago after they had been relegated from the Premier League along with Newcastle and Norwich City.

30-year-old Aston Villa right winger Albert Adomah

He joined them after three years at Middlesbrough, so he has played before in the north-east.

Apart from 2016-2017 in the Premier League with Middlesbrough who were relegated that season – he’s played all his football in the lower leagues of England so he could seem an odd choice for Rafa.

The 6ft 1 ins tall player can also play as a striker.

In his two years in the Championship with Villa he’s scored 18 goals and 18 assists in 83 games – so he’s been involved in 36 goals for Villa in 83 games.

He’s played 18 times for Ghana with two goals and made his debut back in September 2011 at Craven Cottage in the 1–0 defeat to Brazil.

And with Villa in financial trouble, we could get him for a bargain buy this summer – if we cannot get Townsend.

What do you think?

Comments welcome.

And what of Atsu and Murphy? Is he better than them? with Townsend and Kenedy on board plus Ritchie if we don’t sell him we could have a whole team of wingers like we did under ? Charlie Mitten.

Funny that when one story surfaces a counter option appears. Either to confuse the opposition or to bring a sense of reality to Agents and clubs.

Rafa for Spain v Rafa for a five year contract at NUFC ?

Townsend in v Adomah in ?

Meanwhile Townsend’s transfer valuation has miraculously fallen from £20m to £17m maybe £15m

    How about

Ashley out v Amanda Staveley in ?
Ok we’ve done that before but maybe could we revisit that

But the most obvious difference between Ashley and his fan, Jiblets is that of the need for attention. They’re both narcissists but one’s more obvious than the other.

Jib’ll claim to have feelings and offer to prove it by being poked with a sharp stick!

    Wot no shirts !

Sports Direct have been granted an interim injunction that could delay Rangers selling the club’s new strips.
The retail group, owned by Newcastle owner and former Ibrox shareholder Mike Ashley, allege that a deal between the two parties has been breached.
Ashley and the Rangers chairman Dave King negotiated new terms last June at a cost of £3m to the club.
That agreement is due to expire and Rangers want to conclude a deal with another retailer.

Some may remember a warning, that I posted a few weeks ago, that the poster known as JIB was not a real person, but was in fact a defensive response programme, infiltrated onto this blog, to defend any negative comment related to M Ashley esq, FCB, slug etc.

JIB is in fact an acronym for ‘Junk Infected Blogging,’ a spin-off from the Russian/Cambridge Analytical programmes used by the Donald Trump presidential campaign, FIFA world cup draws, Eurovision song contests, and possibly Brexit.

The programme was bought by Mash Holdings from the profits of a fire sale at a cash strapped football club in Glasgow a few years ago.

You may have noticed the programme is on standby 24/7, but can be woken by simply posting ‘fat Mike is a really naughty boy’ or ‘get oot of wor club’ see what happens when I post this…

Would you really class Hazard as a midfielder?

He plays anywhere in the front 3 berths or behind as a second striker, but mostly plays on the left wing. I personally wouldn’t consider him a midfielder, what makes you think he’s a midfielder?”

Er..attacking mid? What would you class him as? A regressive striker?

Newcastle United have made a move for Lille midfielder Thiago Maia.
Toon boss Rafa Benitez has had a frustrating summer market so far, making just two signings in Ki Sung-yueng and Martin Dubravka.
However, Le 10 Sport says Newcastle are now moving for their third in Maia.
Newcastle have asked Lille about taking the Brazilian on-loan for the new season. The offer includes the option to make the transfer permanent next June.
But Lille have rejected the proposal, informing Newcastle they’ll only do business over a straight sale.

Jib – eh what the hell are you on about now – solutions for disabled people, what does that mean – locking them up in a room – what how did we arrived there??????

In all seriousness a good starting point, which you have failed to address over the years on here, is not to make jokes ( or what you think are jokes) about disabled people. It really is not nice or appropriate in todays society.

You are indeed an ignorant and low class fellow, attracting those of similar standing, or in a vocabulary you would understand “ya shyte and scumbags”.
