Video – Watch Hot Property Miguel Almiron’s 13 Goals For Atlanta United This Year

Miguel Almiron has been in great form this year for Atlanta United in the MLS and has scored 12 goals and has 13 assists in 32 MLS games this year.

He also scored against New York City in a 3-1 win in the playoffs this week.

He is a very hot property at the moment in the MLS and Newcastle would do very well to sign this attacking midfielder in January.

Here are the highlights from the 3-1 win against New York City and Almiron’s goal comes after 1 min 36 seconds of the video.

re previous thread, can we get Shola coaching the kids? I think Elias Sorensen in particular could have a lot to learn from him.

Teach him how to score against Barca and the Mackems and he’ll be an instant NUFC legend

On this kid joining Arsenal, it wasn’t the Gunners that his agent name checked earlier this week, it was NUFC.

That has to put us in with a shout with him.

beermonkey, I dunno – I’d like Shola involved with the club in some capacity. Whatever his relative merits as a player, he scored some great goals for us and was loyal almost to a fault.

I know they’re unfashionable these days, but I thought if anyone deserved a testimonial it was him.

A proper sports club looks after its own and makes them part of its foundation.

Would love to sign this player. I was reading the other week though that it was between Arsenal and West Ham, there was no mention of Newcastle. The fee was supposed to be around £25m which fatty would never pay. The crazy thing is, if he can replicate that in the premier league he’d be worth £60m by the end of the season.

Really funny to see the smile and the horns sounding every time there’s a goal. Those Americans love their extravagance!!! ??

joking aside i agree i have read articles over the years saying how smart he is i had hoped he might want to move into managment or coaching
he should be traveling to the world top clubs learning his trade and then come and impart his newly aquired knowledge

Think about it, why would his agent big up the story of NUFC wanting him? Yep, so the price will rise and he’ll get more cash.

Whoever believes these stories probably believes politicians – of all “colours” tell the truth.

I’ve just used Google to see what jib jibs or jibbing means

(of a person) be unwilling to do or accept something.
“he jibs at paying large bills”
synonyms: baulk at, fight shy of, shy away from, recoil from, shrink from, draw back from, stop short of; be unwilling to, be reluctant to, demur at, be loath to, not want to; informalboggle at
“some struggling farmers jib at paying large veterinary bills

OP, he made some unfortunate comments probably based on ignorance and has since said things which contradict them. I think calling him a shill is probably a bit harsh.

Agree that Shearer should be a coach, but there’s just no way back for him unless / until Ashley leaves. That’s just more evidence of how bad Ashley is for our club

The player I’d love to see playing for us would be that no.10 who played for the USA yesterday, Pulisic. I’ve an idea he, like Sancho, is playing in Germany at the moment. He’s 20 and a huge talent.

Shola had plenty of talent but not the killer instinct or selfishness to be a top player, he may be a good coach but I’m not sure he’d be any good myself.

Jib claims hacking and spoofing was rife yet in all that time our blog tech wizard and Google Meister’s ability did not stretch to affirming his own identity with a personalised avatar of his own?

Naighty, naughty jib! (Hits his nose with a rolled up newspaper…) NO!……NO!………BAD Jib!

Next will be the denials he posted as Jeff from Benwell. Both former rugby luvin taxi drivers. Both lived in Spain and claim to be a friend to the stars. The only two posters to call Lilongwe Geordie “Alex” and address Ed as Dr Harrison. Both used the phrase from the ultra violent movie Clockwork Orange “apolologgies” both used Google translate to slag Jesfugslang-awesome captain of the lemon crew in his native tongue. Oh and of course both arrogant Ashley loving pr!cks!!!
Or is all that just a bizarre coincidence??

Jib, this is painful to see. Stop the Trump-esque deflection and just admit you were wrong to claim that you were a lecturer in modern history before you forgot your original lie and contradicted yourself.

That’s just one of the catalogue of tall stories you’re told to complete strangers in a bid to make yourself out to be infinitely more interesting than you are. Sad, sad man. Or woman. Who knows?

Reilly, all you have to do is change your username in your profile – I think it says something along the lines of ‘display name as’. This is the reason why I got myself an avatar as this cannot be as easily duplicated (though someone could just use a snipping tool)
