Newcastle Linked With Two Excellent Young Players On Loan

The Mail is reporting that Newcastle are again interested in signing 19-year-old PSG left-back Stanly Nsoki who we were after in the summer.

At that time the PSG left-back thought it was too early to move to the Premier League, and turned down a move to Newcastle, but there may a better chance of getting him this month – on loan.

Rafa has been desperate to sign a left back as both back-up and competition for Paul Dummett – who is out injured for the game at Chelsea tomorrow.

Nsoki has played 12 times for the PSG first team this season.

19-year-old Stanly Nsoki and 21-year-old Christopher Nkunku

The defender has played for all the French Youth sides from U16 through U21, and he has class and natural ability; he has played 11 times in all competitions for PSG so far this season.

The other PSG player we are looking at is 21-year-old Christopher Nkunku who is a central midfielder and has also played for all the French Youth sides through U21 level.

He is of DR Congolese descent but was born in Paris and has already played 65 times for the French powerhouse with 9 goals and 3 assists.

Nkunku has played 16 times with two goals and one assist for PSG so far this season.

So both of these players appear to be talented youngsters who can become excellent players in the future – maybe on Tyneside.

They are available on loan this month, and Rafa will likely try to get options to buy them in the summer as part of the loan agreement.

Getting these two classy young players to Newcastle this month would undoubtedly add some talent to the squad if not experience.

As a belated reply to someone re. Saivet, yes I believe he is still on loan and could probably be recalled, a player worth another chance imo.

Why bother with them, they probably wouldn’t get 1st team games and the Sunderland game has gone already.

Odds on josula gets to play tomorrow, keeping Rondon in reserve for the Cardiff match. Guaranteed.
