What Fee Can Newcastle Get For This Player In The Summer?

Isaac Hayden came into the side at Liverpool on Boxing Day and has started every game for Newcastle since then.

And Isaac scored a rare goal for us on Monday night in the 1-1 draw at Molineux and has now played 16 times in all competitions this season with one goal and two assists.

In his Newcastle career, he has played 83 games with 4 goals and 6 assists.

Like the rest of the Newcastle squad, Isaac is in Murcia, Spain on an intense five-day warm weather training camp.

Before he left for Spain this is some of what the 23-year-old told the Chronicle:

“I think it’ll be good to go away,”

“It’s good for the new lads as well because they’ve only just joined, so they haven’t had too much time to bed in.”

“It’ll be good to spend more time with them, even away from football as a group because you don’t really get to do that much in England where you just train and go home.”

“In Spain, everyone will be in the same vicinity, even the staff, and we have a great camaraderie, so I think it’ll be a great trip.”

Isaac will be leaving the club in the summer and we wonder how much we can get for him in the transfer market?

Isaac seems to be playing the best football of his career on Tyneside and we should be able to get over £10M for him.

What do you think?

I think the only change Rafa will make will be Atsu for Miggy and maybe move Perez further wide. Either way you don’t get a player in for your record deal, who looked exciting in a brief cameo, and not start him ASAP.
I’m sure Rafa is using this friendly to get Miggy match fit. I think it all depends on how fit Rafa thinks he is as to whether he starts. He looked pretty fit the other night and the fitter he gets, the better he’ll be. Despite it only being Huddersfield I can see a good crowd turning out for Miggy’s first start.

Were Atsu is concerned, no goals for two seasons, Diame and Shelvey one between them in the same time, atrocious, I thought Atsu played ok the other night actually, but he’s neither summik or nowt, Hayden wants to be back down the smoke apparently, fair enough, but big Mig has to start v Uddersield, not tempting fate but there are plenty of goals in store for Almiron you can just tell.
