There are reports in Italy that Club Brugge has put a bid in for Newcastle target David Okereke.
Last week, we had reported of Newcastle’s continued interest in the forward, who has been compared to Arsenal star Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
He has also been heavily linked to Crystal Palace, Southampton, and West Ham this summer. Several Serie A teams such as Bologna, Sassuolo, and Sampdoria are also said to be interested.
David Okereke– Serie B sensation heading to Belgium?
The report states that this is the largest offer Spezia have received for the player so far though does not reference any prior bids.
It also suggests that Club Brugge have offered the player a five-year deal and that the deal could be concluded by next week.
Though there is nothing on whether the bid has been accepted by Spezia who we would expect to hold out to see if any of the other linked clubs put in a bid.

Outside the box,
When I was buying my house we nearly didn’t get a mortgage on it because the previous owner had a company put up solar panels on the roof. In that contract the previous owners signed a 25 year lease on the roof.
We had to sign to say we took on the lease. What’s worse, if we ever need the roof repaired we have to pay for the panels to be taken down and then re-elected.
I cant imagine what Ashley has the club like

You’re not really picking the right time to spew your bile. People are p—-ed off big time right now and don’t really need an idiotic little twonk and nut job like you wittering on with your usual nonsense. When you say Pulis (the high priest of anti football) is a better coach than Rafa, I would say you lose any remaining credibility but I don’t think you had any to start with you, you sad pathetic little creep. One can only assume that your comments are poor attempts from a mackem wum.

Comment #9We have spent just over 5 million pound for each of the last 4 transfer windows.
That is 22.2mill net in the last 4 transfer windows since weve been up from the championship.
That is a disgrace.
Brighton have spent 4 times as much as a comparison.
The job rafa done was unbelievable.
Unless were sold tbh im not botherd what happens to the toon now.

Comment #11The horrible scenario from going from an elite world class manager and all round good guy to the likes of Bruce, Moyes, Dyche, Pulis is looming large. Ash really does hate us that much
Despite not giving him any financial backing, someone like Arteta would at least be quite exciting. If it is the aforementioned Moyes or similar Brit Z lister and no takeover, people who renew really need to examine their principles.

I’m not sure if you’re trolling or not but I’ll give you s reply anyway re Rafa’s recruitment. Imo it was in three stages, firstly to get rid of of all the deadwood who simply weren’t fit to wear the shirt or did not want to be here and build a team of PL and Champo experienced fighters who were fit to wear the shirt and very much wanted to be here and get us promoted. Tick. The second stage was to recruit the right players to consolidate our PL survival, despite being hamstrung it was achieved, the third stage for the 19th richest club in the world was to be able to compete with Leicester, Watford and Wolves but that ambition got him chased out. McLaren however, who you famously championed, his recruitment policy was to allow his players to be picked by an elderly scout and subsequently got us relegated.

I’m not sure your eyes actually work, or maybe you are just mentally retarded.
No matter which way you try and SPIN THE Facts, Rafa played defensive mind numbing football at all the clubs he has been to, you either accept it or you don’t, I don’t like that type of football.
Pulis Rafa Jose sham Hughes Pardew all play the same way, and even if Rafa was given all the money in the world, it would not help him as that type of football is not what is winning anywhere now,. Pep poch and Klopp play the winning football right now, and even if you take Watford or wolves, they play the right way,
Infact Nufc squad is valued 20 million more than Watfords, on paper they have a worse manager too, yet they finished way ahead of us, how is that possible.
Could it be that Rafa is Massively overrated?
Why would you play defensive football with Madrids squad?

Been out at appointment so haven’t ignored you – hypocrite with and agenda? yeah ok its a Blog and we all have views and we express them.
You have plenty who hang on your every utterence and defer to your wicked humour and barbs so don’tget too upset if you don’t get a full house.
Sometimes with you ( at least for me) it’s style over substance now and again you do make salient points without digs at the general Blog Knownowts – it’s won you an audience and following you’d be a fool to disappoint them
I came on to Blog years ago for a more regular spell after as everyone says ) being a “long time reader” ( with a very occasional post ) – might even have been the first(?) and even got ridiculed by BandB immediately for that very statement sort of badge of honour – for those who will remember the lady
I did because family were sick of me moaning about as i read some regular views that seemed to go unchallenged and said well post yours then ( or give us a break!)
I did and still do – my age and background give me a different perspective to most current posters but by no means all and my love of NUFC trancends the Ashley years like many others on here.
So my simple agenda is to put my particular viewpoint out there, try to respond and chat with those who want to do so in good part, enjoy well intended humour and be self deprecating if I see fit, be open to other views if so persuaded, chat about the old days and music now and again with those of similar view ( cricket not my thing these days )and speak out if I feel strongly enough when i perceive others are being unfairly treated and noe one else seems inclined to.
I am sure there is more but I can’t be bothered to think deeply and no one will have got this far anyway including yourself 🙂
I suppose your character assassination reads well to your “associates “and if yours was an opinion I respected I might sting a bit – it doesn’t and I don’t.
No hard feelings and no doubt we will speak again somewhere down the road 🙂

Comment #17Same abuse if they don’t agree, must be a mackem ha.
We only started to play football again when we got to the end of season, agree he brought in Almiron which seems like a decent buy, also the Rondon loan was a good move too. However the money for Gayle who got loaned out before we had a replacement, Murphy money wasted, Muto money wasted hardly plays. The majority of the team Benitez brought in and we played defensively so be honest it wasn’t good to watch was it? Be positive HWTL
