Will Newcastle United Sign Manchester United Youth Prospect?

Tribal Football have a report out that Manchester United youth player Mipo Odubeko will not sign a new contract to remain with the Red Devils.

The sixteen year old striker was called up to play for the Republic of Ireland U17 team in March. He is also eligible to play Nigeria internationally.

The report states that both Newcastle and Burnley are looking to sign the youngster if he does in fact leave Manchester United.

There is also interested from Dutch sides Feyenoord and Utrecht as well as Genoa in Italy.

The youth academy is in need of an injection of talent with only Sean Longstaff and Paul Dummett to break through in recent years.

We hope that Newcastle are monitoring all situations like the one of Mipo Odubeko and are ready if any of these highly touted youngsters become available.

It will be a pay rise for Bruce and the biggest job he’s likely to get in his career now as manager. He will take it if offered this time round

Ashley won’t have taken a penny out of the club. The moneys been coming in and used to run it on the bones of its backside while not bringing in reveue via advertising.

You could say that SD has benefitted from free advertising and merchandising while the club’s had nothing from it.

    That’s where the money’s gone.

    Repost the blog moved on…

You can see why Ashley wants Bruce:

    – Defensive minded mgr Dolly (or was he Daisy) should be able to hold the goals against down which is essential when you’ve sold all your scorers with no replacements and won’t throw all Rafa’s defensive minded training into the garbage to start completely anew
    – Used to working with lower quality players
    – Used to relegation scraps
    – Was a terrific central defender in his day and bagged several goals as well should be able to get the best out of Schar and Lascelles (arguably all the defenders) currently among the best 5 players on our squad
    – he will definitely come and enthusiastically at that
    – he’s a Geordie
    – he managed Sunderland

Chr*st why didn’t I lay a tenner when he was down at 20/1 he’s Ashley perfect yes and may keep us up… The kind of mgr you want if you are looking to win the race among the bottom 6.

Terrible state of affairs and Bruce is dire idea, only positive is he was a high scoring central defender and great alongside Pallister so will hold our defense together and be able to coach Schar (our top goalscorer). Clearly that’s the idea here, Bruce will hold the defensive line (that his setup) while Ashley waits to get a cheap loan or buy up top

Will Newcastle Utd make a statement on the current situation at the club?
Will Newcastle Utd employ a manager any time soon?
Will Newcastle Utd sign any players this transfer window?
Will Newcastle Utd make any attempt to concentrate on the new season like any other professional team?

Will MA eventually do one, taking all of his bad people and ideas with him, crawling off to a corner to die whilst Newcastle Utd attempt to resurrect the broken club?

Steve Bruce to get the job and get our club for the first time to finish 5th, and lets face it, the last manager to do that was Alan Pardew, our last manager couldn’t do it.

Bruce will be a failure I cannot see him lasting weeks never mind months the fans will hound him out and rightly so..
Why do we have to suffer Jordan making his crap judgement on the fans without any chance of feedback? Sky sport are as bad as Ashley and that is saying something, what credence has he? None!

Right, so, the biggest confusion isn’t whether he’ll come or not, my only question is ‘If Steve Bruce is the answer, wtf is the question’?
He’s literally having a laugh. He’s seeing how much mess he can cause to NUFC before, possibly, somebody knocks him out.
This would be an anti fan appointment. He’s gonna mess us up purely for spite. He’s got to go. Did somebody mention there’s a fund for assissination? Where do I pay in? Steve effing Bruce? The man who wanted Manure to beat us in the final. That Steve Bruce? Such a failure we called him Agent Bruce. That one is it?
He couldn’t go for Pardew or those failures, so he gets the press inside by saying ‘I’ve done what they wanted, I’ve hired a mackem…. Sorry, Geordie. Slip of the tongue, like the accidental two fingers outside the pizza place.
This is spite, nothing more. How much damage can I cause? Wow, what a dick.

Probably would have played defensively, like he always do, if he had Ronaldo, Messi, Bale and co. Still end up finishing 15th or worse.

Iff you don’t like MA running of the club and your fed up of watching budget football.
Do give him your hard earned money.
    Simple as.!
The FA and local council would clamp down on MA so hard. Otherwise to the majority of the outside world we look a happy camp.

Ashley has not “officially” taken money out of the club. But you know that creative accounting will have taken place somewhere.

This is helped by the fact that we buy players outright but sell on installments.

E.g if we sell 3 players for installments over 5 years at £15m each, that would only pay for one £9m player each yrar

Ashley is that engaged with NUFC these days
to come up with managerial suggestions.

Ashley has covered the cost of the club purchase and the his loans to the club up to now. Not sure how long he’s been doing it but he’s been lining his pockets with club money for a while.

The club has been 100% self sufficient under his stewardship and still nets 20/30million a year. That money is not invested back into the club.

And that’s with 0.00 made in advertising revenue
