I had exhaustive blood tests and a hormone injection last Thursday morning - it was my quarterly check up on my cancer.
The stage four prostate cancer remains stabilized although the PSA count is now measurable but still minute - the value is an indication of whether the cancer is spreading.
Stage four cancer is not curable and the good news is I'm doing a lot better than I expected.
I remain upbeat and extremely humbled and thankful for the latest results.
Dr. Dhruva is my oncologist and he and the nurses at the Rex Cancer Center here in Raleigh, North Carolina have been fantastic and all the credit goes to them.
