Friday, December 6th, 2013 · 10 Comments

There seems some good news on the injury front today and it seems that both Papiss Cisse and Hatem Ben Arfa are fit for the tough match  at Old Trafford tomorrow, in the early 12:45 pm kick-off game.

It’s just great when Newcastle get some recognition, and after four league wins in a row in November, and Tim Krul’s magnificent performance at Tottenham, when he made 14 saves – the most ever in a Premier League game – Alan Pardew has been named the Barclay’s Manager of the Month for November and Tim Krul has been named Player of the Month.

We suppose Alan Pardew could spring a surprise for tomorrow’s game at Old Trafford, and it seems obvious that 20 year-old Massadio Haidara must be impressive in training, and the very fact he was one the bench on Wednesday night and then introduced early in the second half, indicates that Alan Pardew thinks a lot of this 20 year-old French youngster.

We May Give One Or Two A Chance Tomorrow

We thought Alan Pardew would make  a number of changes for the game at the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday night, but he started the same side that beat West Brom 2-1 last Saturday, and it seems like he’s not thinking of making too many changes for tomorrow’s game at Old Trafford either.

All the fuss over what Fab Coloccini said in the Argentine press a week or so ago,  turns out to be nothing more than a regurgitated story that dates back to last January, when Coloccini wanted to return to the Argentine to be with his family.

This is An Area Newcastle Must Improve

Newcastle seem to get beat by more than one goal regularly when we lose, but we hardly ever win by more than one goal, which is at least one reason our goal difference has sucked over the last three seasons, since we were promoted straight back to the Premier League in 2010.
