Chris Hughton Disappointed Not to Get Win – Video

Chris Hughton has told BBC Sports after the game today that he was disappointed not to get all 3 points from today’s game against Fulham, but was pleased with Newcastle’s spirited performance.
Chris thought that Fulham’s Mark Schwarzer was the difference, with some excellent saves for the London side, and kept Newcastle from winning the game.
Chris also said that he thought Andy Carroll had another outstanding game, and that Andy has continued to improve his game, even this season, and now has a lot more mobility than he used to have.
We have to hope Andy gets the England call-up tonight – he deserves it.

As we said before today’s game Mark Hughes’ teams are experts in getting draws, and so it proved today, as Newcastle drew 0-0 with Fulham and once again failed to beat a lower half of the table team at St. James’ Park fo the umpteenth time this season.
