Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 · 84 Comments

There have been various reports today that Mike Ashley met with Alan Pardew after the game last night, and that Alan Pardew had offered to resign his position as Newcastle manager after the defeat against Everton, but that Mike Ashley did not accept his resignation, but simply told him he had to do better.

Fans – We Want Our Money Back – After Horror Show

Newcastle were as bad in the first half last night at Everton, as we were in the first game of the season at Manchester City, and given the players Newcastle turned out – we should have performed a lot better than that in that first 45 minutes – and Alan Pardew will make some changes in the defense for the game at Cardiff City on Saturday, and Mike Williamson will partner Fab Coloccini at the back.

Nothing Went Right – But We Have To Tighten Up

Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 · 22 Comments

The goals we conceded last night were not good ones at all, and that’s putting is mildly, and in the first half, with almost every Everton attack it looked like there was a possibility the home side would score – it was that bad, and we were glad to see half time arrive.

Mike Ashley Could Shock Newcastle Fans Once Again

Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 · 89 Comments

Last season Newcastle United went though a terrible string of games at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, and in the 13 league games from November 11th and the  1-0 defeat by West Ham at home, to the 2-1 defeat at home by Reading on 19th January, Newcastle had only 7 points – two wins and a draw out of a possible 39 points.
