With Yohan Cabaye struggling in Paris with PSG, and apparently not too happy he is not getting enough first team games, the news out of France is that he would be available in January,  either on a loan deal or less likely – on a permanent deal.

Mehdi Abeid has played really well for Newcastle in our last couple of games, and expect the Algerian to start in defensive midfield on Sunday at West Brom, although we don’t know what the status of Cheick Tiote is at the moment.

Not Everybody Is Happy At Newcastle

In the games at home to Leicester City and at Tottenham Hotpsur, when Cheick Tiote was missing from the squad, Vurnon Anita deputized,  but both times he was yanked at half time, and Newcastle went onto win both games with goals in the second half.
