Tonight’s Game Only Chance Of Seeing Newcastle In Pre-Season

Alan Pardew is expected to field a fairly strong side against Hartlepool United at Victoria Park tonight, in another pre-season friendly game that has a 7:30 pm kick-off time, and is fairly local so that Geordie fans can get to the game.

Will It Be A Breakthrough Season For This Newcastle Youngster?

Haris Vuckic had been one of Newcastle’s top youngsters ever since he arrived in January of 2009 from Slovenien club NK Domzale, and even since he’s been on Tyneside, the 6’3″ midfielder has been linked with some top clubs,  including Manchester United.

Magpies Former Star – Debuchy Good Signing For Newcastle

ESPN analyst and former Newcastle winger Chris Waddle has been interviewed in the local press today, and he thinks if   Newcastle can finally get French International right-back Mathieu Debuchy through the door  before the end of the transfer window, he will turn out to be a good signing for Newcastle.

Demba Ba Philosophy – Enjoy Life, Enjoy Football – And Smile

Demba Ba addressed the racists chants directed at him and a couple of other Newcastle players at Den Haag on Saturday by labeling them “stupid dudes who had to man up”, and that was certainly straight to the point, but Demba Ba, as we have found out over the last year  while he’s been on Tyneside, has very simple and very strong philosophies on both life and football.
